This thing is an absolute piece of junk. There is absolutely no way you could turn it on and use it to clean the dogs teeth without having the dog sedated.
Please pay attention to the way that the promotional video never shows the unit actually turning !

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
Faulty product then won’t respond to emails, blocked on Instagram so I can’t comment on there . PLEASE don’t waste your money - they’re a scam!

This company is not uk based it is a warehouse abroad as the shipping label was chinese and the returns are to France. I'd avoid at all cost. Cheap, noisy product which you have to return at your own cost to a Mr Benattou

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as this company give a false impressions of being from the uk when they aren't and their product is just cheap crap.

Like so many others I wish I’d read these reviews before buying this product.
Alarm bells rang when there was no shrink wrapping on the box. Only one of the advertised three brush heads were inside. There were no instructions, and the cheap plastic tray containing what items there were, was crumpled.
It had obviously been opened and returned - and returned I believe for good reason. The writing on the box stated ‘Premium Product’. The reality was far from it. It is cheaply made and inferior in every way. And there’s no way I would use the sharp scaling tool on my dog, it would be far too dangerous.
This product doesn’t even deserve the one star that’s the minimum I can give it. It’s fit only for the bin.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Totally unsuitable product, advised by company to use the item switched off, seriously what use would that be. I’ve been trying to return for over 4 weeks and company not providing returns details, despite their 100% guarantee of a refund if not suitable. I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Very disappointing

If only I'd looked on the reviews here before I purchased. Product totally useless wouldn't put it anywhere near my dog . Can't return it as once youve taken the outer plastic covering off the box you've voided their returns policy . Don't be suckered into false Facebook reviews 😡

Product came unsealed and was extremely poor quality. Not suitable for dogs at all as it is so loud. Company stated French legislation and failed to provide me with a returns address. Also extremely slow to respond to my emails and ignored most of the points I raised. Finally responded when I raised a PayPal dispute and asked me to close it so they could resolve but still failed to allow me to return the item. Thankfully my PayPal dispute was successful and I've just received a refund.

For anyone else who has been taken in by this company - DON'T GIVE IN. If you paid with PayPal, raise a dispute. If you paid by credit card, request a chargeback from your bank. Your consumer rights allow you to return items if not as described, so they will rule in your favour.

Success! I bought from this company. Immediately realised my error, having read Trust Pilot.
Luckily I always buy on credit card, so I reported it to Barclaycard Visa within 30 minutes of my purchase, having read how this company operates. Barclaycard instantly blocked my card, the credit card payment had already gone through but I filled out a dispute form with Barclaycard and three weeks later I am informed my complaint is upheld and I have had a full refund.
On purchase I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order - 20 minutes after I bought. They said it was already in process and too late to stop. This is how they operate. They take your money and run. Beware.

Top Tips: Read Trust Pilot first! Always buy on credit card. If there are any concerns inform your credit card company immediately and block & cancel your credit card. Then lodge a credit card payment dispute. Also, when the package was delivered to my home I refused to take it. The courier marked it cancel & return. So refuse to accept any delivery. These companies will not refund even if you open the package. Do not accept delivery, and definitely don’t open any packaging.

I’d give zero stars if I could. A rubbish inferior product which is not shipped from the UK at all. Refuse to answer emails requesting a return. If you Google mypetlab, PetLab comes up first with decent reviews. It’s a little harder to find MyPetLab tripadvisor reviews which shows just what charlatans they are. I was caught in their trap by Facebook. I will be much more wary before wasting my hard earned money next time.

Extremely disappointed!! The scaler didn't work for my dog, infact it just caused him distress, even without the vibration on. I may aswell have just used a normal dog toothbrush for £2. I emailed and asked for a refund as per the "Satisfaction guaranteed or 100% money back" only to be told that it only applies if the box seal hasn't been opened or tampered with. Not sure how you're supposed to know if you're satisfied or not without even opening the box? Customer service is absolutely shocking. I should have come on here first to read the true reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Total SCAM, didn't deliver until 10 days later meaning unreturnable. Not that you can return anyway if you take product out of packaging as stated in the small print despite the 100% money back guarantee advertised. Wish I saw these reviews earlier as social media reviews are completely fabricated. Similar looking product advertised online for humans... likely bought for cheaper and rebranded the packaging to sell on for high profits.

I have been trying to contact Petlab to request my refund, as detailed on their returns page. This is not at all suitable for my pet, I turned it on and instantly realised there is no way my small dog will let this anywhere near her as it is far too noisy. I had an initial response asking for the reasons for my return request (the box was opened but the item has not been used, just turned on once). I have replied and chased this numerous times and am being totally ignored.

Everyone please be aware about Mypetlab Uk dental scaler. I bought it a few days ago and the quality is shocking, like something from the pound shop, very cheaply made. It's a scam! When I tried to return it I couldn't as I had opened the box. Communication from the seller was very poor. Avoid this product and this company.

They now blocked me and deleted my negative review on Facebook in the comments under the video of the scaler! Shocking company!

Disgusting. Buy at your own risk. Paid £35 for a pound shop product. After receiving would not refund because I opened the box. It has not been used. Then they removed, deleted and blocked my negative comments and reviews.

Dog Oral Care tooth scaler absolute rubbish. It makes so much noise on the lowest setting, thus making our dog very afraid. Tooth scaler is not safe to use as it could stab your dog in the gums if your dog moves which it is likely to because of the noise the unit makes. False advertising, should have known better.
No chance of getting a refund.

This removes zero tartar and also makes a really high pitched noise which is terrifying for the dogs. The toothbrush head just falls off too.
Company, of course don’t answer emails or on messenger.
Total waste of money, I just wish I’d see these reviews before purchasing, instead of looking at the ‘made up’ comments on Facebook. As soon as I comment on the Facebook page my comment is deleted. Absolute SCAM!

Total scam, card details stolen. The item bought didn't arrive and they tried to buy something worth over £700 on my card.
