Ordered some uniforms for work and they were absolutely perfect. The company kept me updated throughout and the delivery was extremely fast. Couldn't be more happy. I was slightly concerned after reading so many negative reviews but from my personal experience I can say this company is fantastic, cannot fault them at all.

I never like leaving bad reviews but I have no choice to. £50 down the drain for botched t-shirts. The print is not right, they over press things and make the artwork bleed but also have gaps in solid colours which is actually baffling. For personalised items they “don’t do refunds” but will “happily take a return and refund you”. Quick to take money but don’t want it give it back. For someone who has a lot of friends in the personalised industry, you do not have to return something personalised as they cannot sell it on. Also apparently on Live Chat my thoughts are “irrelevant”. Spend your money somewhere else. Worst experience I have ever had - will be taking my experience higher as I just want my money back.

Advertise next day delivery on google, designed t shirt, no next day delivery available so a complete waste of time. Badly promoted, missold, dont waste your time.

We needed a rush order of shirts for staff at an event, but I couldn't find an option that would get them to us quickly enough (two working days). I contacted their customer service team via online chat and they responded immediately and were absolutely fantastic. They really made it happen. Everything arrived on time and we're really satisfied with the quality of the stock and printing, as well as how close the colours on the website were to the stock we received (usually a bit of a gamble). I thought the price we paid was really reasonable as well. Couldn't be happier with the company and service.

Ive ordered items for express delivery, still no update, i tried to call the number no answer and jo replies to email!! Avoid and need a refund

Unfortunately I too am having the same issues as below. Paid for express shipping and was fooled by their Feefo reviews. They are continuing to ignore my emails and claiming that my email is going into their junk folder so not being seen. I have tried calling and using their online form but still nothing.
Not sure what else to do to get this resolved but I am at the stage where I will need my money back and go elsewhere

Ordered T shirts on 16th May. Stated on website would be delivered in 10 - 12 days. Still not delivered. Numerous emails sent but no reply. Have tried ringing but phone never picked up. Do not order from this company.

No delivery. No communication via email or phone. Refund requested via PayPal.....

Paid for express shipping May 5th. This should be 3-4 working days and cost almost as much as the 1 x T-shirt I ordered.

The item still hasn't even *shipped* 22 days later.

Contacted them via their website (an online form) and via the "Ideal Print Company" e-mail (which is where the payment goes) on the 12th and 15th May, but received zero response.

You can't cancel the order via their website (and it's perpetually "in production") so have requested a refund via Paypal.

Appalling service.

I placed an order and requested expedited shipping (3-4 days). The website itself claimed to offer next day shipping, but 3-4 days was the fastest available at checkout.

It has now been 14 days and the order still has not shipped, and there is no response when I contact support via email or phone.

My son has a youtube channel, it's only small but he's dedicated. Wanted to get a hoodie with his logo on it, one day maybe do more for subscribers. Order never came, ignored me and my requests. Will have to follow up a refund via my cc as in these times can't afford to be out £25 (turns out I can't even do that so I'm just out money.) Do not use.

finally spoke to someone after several ignored emails and no one answering the phone. Have been told my order is 'in final stages' and will be dispatched later in the week. No apologies but will give another update if it IS actually dispatched (from what I've read this is a common thing they say before ignoring you again)

One week on I contacted them again, they told me they are backlogged but my order will be sent next day tomorrow or I will get a refund, that was 28 hours ago and I've heard nothing... Obviously.

After almost exactly a month I received the hoodie, the real shame is that its great quality but being ignored, having to chase up a company that have your money and spending way too much stress and my own time on a single item ensures I will not be using them again and my review remains at 1 star.

Very impressed. Didn’t think I’d be able to order a personalised t-shirt and have it delivered the next day but that’s exactly what this company did. The print is very nice quality on the shirt and overall couldn’t be more happy. Thank you very much.

Awful. I ordered a few times and everything came, and the quality was actually good, even if it took a while to arrive. My most recent order was bigger and i paid extra for express shipping (supposed to be 3-4 days) - its been 3 weeks now and no show. I used the chat function after two weeks and they said it was in the ‘final stages of production’ and would be sent out the following day, along with a refund for the express shipping and tracking details for the shipping, none of which i have heard anymore of and its been another week since then. I have tried calling, the live chat and emailing, and not one person has responded. I assume at this point they have just essentially stolen my money.

Paid for express shipping 3-4 days. Product never arrived. They will not answer emails and customer service hang up as soon as you request shipping details. Have reported them for fraud.

No items a month since ordering, no replies from multiple emails to multiple confirmed addresses 2 weeks later. Glad I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back. Totally avoid and go elsewhere.

I placed a last minute order for next day delivery on a custom t shirt. I was checking the order status regularly as I've been let down on using these type of small websites in the past, and the status was updated frequently which made me feel a lot better.

The product arrived the next day as requested, no issues in transit. The shirt itself is precisely how I designed it on the website.

Fantastic work, would definitely use again.

Absolutely awful company!! Don't respond to emails, received first order 3 weeks late, the printing was very poor quality and t-shirt was scorched, replacement still not received, I have been waiting since 1st September!! Avoid! Definitely will not be using them again!!

Don’t order from this company, they communicated with me about my order then suddenly the communication stopped and my order never showed, any emails I sent were never replied too. I had to get my money back through PayPal. They are there to scam you.

Ordered a jumper on the 13th September still not received it , sent 3 emails asking what the progress of it was , haven’t heard a thing , I’ve probably just been scammed DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
