The actual purchase of the item was good and I had to contact the IMEDicare to amend postage which was done efficiently. However, why they are charging P&P for an item that costs a few hundred pounds I’ve no idea. It’s too early to say how effective the item I purchased is. But I suppose time will tell!!

2x boxes of earbuds?? ( perhaps thinking filling the box with crap will make you think that you are getting more value for money)
Can't find a link to buy extras once the main balloons eventually pop.
Grossly overpriced product.
On a more positive note, the basic tools do work, and you will get results from this product

Faulty pump, NO replies to correspondance
I have returned a faulty pump, also requesting new tubes, soft rings and lube. I was told to do this by Nottm City Campus Urology. My specialist Olga has spoken to Chris, your rep at Nottm City Urology on several occasions. I have also written 3 times, yet I have heard nothing from Medicare at all.
The service is far from helpful . The product was returned under the Freeport address by Post Office services and all correspondence was 1st class.
I have received no answers or help from Mediacre who I had been told by Nottm Urology were the best and would help. Not good service, especially with regards to such a personal situation.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we must clarify that the statements in your review are not accurate.
Our records show that we responded to your enquiry and made every reasonable effort to contact you. We telephoned you on three separate occasions and sent five emails, all of which are recorded in our system. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
We also advised you that your device had been inspected and that its warranty had expired. As a result, we were unable to provide a free replacement under the terms of the warranty. We explained the available options, including purchasing a replacement pump head or speaking with your NHS specialist about obtaining a replacement device through the NHS.
We understand that this is a sensitive matter and appreciate that the outcome may be disappointing. However, we believe we have responded appropriately and have done everything we reasonably could based on the warranty status of the device.

Pads to Afex system
Very good experience from ordering at gp for prescription through to receiving items. I use the Afex active system with boxers and jock strap Brief, great for during the daytime but not too good for wearing in bed as have had a couple of leak situations. I'm still experimenting between pads and afex systems, which are right size for me etc, will get there soon.
