This place is a SCAM they charge over $100 for something you can get on an official government site for FREE! Basically what you are paying for is downloading the US passport application which you can get for FREE.

My Passport Hub is deceptive - scam
My Passport Hub is a deceptive third-party service that mimics official government websites to trick users into paying over $100 for free forms,
I thought I was on the official government website. They refused to refund my payment because I requested outside of their return window. While I understand the policy, I believe them to be misrepresenting their service intentionally. It should be abundantly clear on their website that they are not the official passport renewal website. Shame on you MPH for scamming.

Didn't realize I could have done this on my own for free. I thought it was preparing a DS-11 for my daughter within the official US gov avenue. I have been tricked into paying over $160 that I need not have done
