They received my package, then... nothing.

Ticket is opened on their system for more than 4 months, nobody answered. Run away from this service !

Sometime between mid January and beginning of February, the business has ceased to register incoming packages for forwarding, even though incoming packages are still being received and signed for. Also no replies on webchat, emails or their online ticketing system. Fingers crossed for my $541 and $1008 packages still in their warehouse.

You people haven’t been online for a 3 days now, what going on we do have a package in your warehouse, we try contact on phone no respond please resolve this issues asap

a legit business , fast consolidation , good shipping , somewhat fairly priced shipping , but on the downside communication is minimal , had to communicate via chat to just get the tracking number of the parcel shipped , but rest assured i got it and the parcel , price per parcel and consolidation is high , you dont get the options to leave specific instructions when filing in consolidation request also services like fragile sticker and security tape dont exsist , and special packaging also not available , definitely alot of room for imrpovement but a solid company with honest practices with a little to the expensive side

First of all: I received my parcel! It was the first time I used a freightforwarder, had a question and thus opened a ticket. This was not answered, an ordninary e-mail following the ticket was also not answered and above all I could not open a second ticket, because I could not even fill in my address completely. I then started to feel insecure and read all those comments about the company being a scam. I wrote another rather blunt e-mail. At one point I could complete filling in my address, then the parcel was being sent to my address right away. Regarding the fee, it was obviously higher than the normal transportcosts, but still reasonable. Four stars because the tickets and emails were not answered.

This is the company used by Nigerian and South American scammers. They provide this is their home address and then your package is forwarded to Nigeria after they have sent you a Funny email from PayPal or Zell saying your funds are on hold until the object arrives. When it does get there, it’s sent on to a foreign country and you were never paid. Complete crooks.

Had a wonderful experience, they ship the packages within 24h or the shipment is free, which I haven't seen on other package forwarding sites. So overall I am happy so far.

I have been totally appalled by the lack of customer support and professionalism exhibited by this "company." I honestly believe it is a couple of grifters operating out of the basement or bedroom of a shell company's habitat.
You are taking a risk here. They have my property and my only hope of obtaining it is to pay the shipping fees they request which are way higher than I have ever seen in my years of shipping US products to me overseas.
They should be investigated and I am starting the process.
