Very easy to order and delivery time was excellent.

Communication was good. Good redirected in a timely manner

Delivered this week. approximately 4 business days, (good) and after install the pump is performing perfectly and very quiet compared to my bigger brand name pumps that I also have on tanks. Price was very competitive and overall very satisfied with purchase so far.

Product is fine, only problem is that courier does not deliver in my street, thus have to collect it 24 km from my residence.

Customer service is brilliant.
They answered all of my questions
and put me in touch with sales.
The pump arrived within the week.
I could not be any happier.

The product I wanted wasn't in stock. However I was told realistic timelines for when the next shipment was to arrive. To my pleasure the timelines were pretty much spot on and my product was delivered in a timely manner.

Very easy to deal with. Products are great. And delivery was super fast.

Ordering was easy. Delivery within a week, but expensive. Wiring on pump controller was incorrect, but a phone call to the vendor quickly sorted that, as they knew of the error. 10/10 for customer service. 5/10 for not sorting it out pre delivery, or at least including advice.

It has been a week since it was sent with toll and still I am waiting on it ,Please find out went I am going to receive it. I release it is out of your hands.

MYOZESHOP fails to deliver goods in time and refues to refund us even under court notice of order.

On 11/08/2020 we bought a food mixer from MYOZESHOP cost $1163.80, includes the shipping cost was originally paid for Toll IPEC.

MYOZESHOP claimed on their website all their deliveries will be shipped with either AU Post or TOLL IPEC, which are turstorthy big delivery companies. However, in the end without any pre-notice, they chose another budget shipping service which is Allied Express to ship my goods.

The shipping service I paid and promised for is mismatched. And what happened after is Allied Express lost my parcel and delayed for delivery for about a month. By the time we rejected the parcel and had it returned by its carrier, but after another month of shipping, MYOZESHOP claimed they still have not received the parcel thus couldn't refund us a penny.

MYOZESHOP is such a dishornesty and irresponsible company. During the whole time MYOZESHOP doesn't care about its customers needs, and always refuses to provide support on customer side, which left us no choice but sue KNIGHT TRADING GROUP PTY LTD T/A MYOZESHOP FLOOR 22 MLC Centre 19-29 Martin Place SYDNEY NSW 2000 AUSTRALIA on the court.

Eventhough the court (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) has made notice of order to refund us immidiately, they still refuses to.

If you are doing bussiness with this company, remember to prepare sufficient funds for lawyers.

And if unluckily you had suffered same as us, remember to go ask for help from NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)

Failure to pay any instalment in this order by the due date will result in the whole of the balance being payable immediately.

(We don't care if there's one court notice of order, we will charge you for no reason, it's not our problem that delivery is delayed even it's because we've chosen budget delivery ship it to you, good luck on you paid us extra for TOLL but we used Allied Express, even your parcel is lost, it's not our bussiness, we would still charge you the same amout or more, and don't ever expect you can get any refund from us once it's been sold.)

There is one small problem, we have NOT received the mixer back. It states in the NCAT that we have, this is not true.
Until we receive it back we will withhold the refund, and when received the refund is minus any shipping costs incurred due to the receiving refusing delivery.

Although NCAT enforeced myOZeshop to fully refund us, but they still willing to do the partial refund.

We are preparing another hearing for myOZeshop.

All good except australia post delayed express post by couple days.
Otherwise product and service from OZshop been very good.
