We're very sorry to hear you've not received your order. We always do our utmost to ensure orders arrive on time however as your order was placed over the Christmas holiday period it wasn't dispatched until our fulfilment centre was reopened again in the new year. In addition, delays sometimes arise with international shipping which are outside our control. In this specific case your package is still being checked customs in Oman as per the Royal Mail tracking details:
"This order is still being assessed by the destination customs authority. If any further information is required before release they will contact the recipient directly".
We always suggest that if an order hasn't arrived within 5 working days the best course of action is to contact us directly via email or our social media channels and we'll either send a replacement or give you a full refund. We will send you an email shortly to find a suitable resolution to the issue and once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Love this product
Honestly, having pcos I’ve suffered badly from all the negative side affects. You name it I’ve had it. This fantastic product helped with multiple of this issues, my skin has never looked better. The bloat has eased and I feel better about myself. Yes, this pill isn’t a miracle pill that’ll get rid of everything, but it will truly help and I couldn’t recommend it more

I was taking this for two months but…
I was taking this for two months but noticed I was developing a lot of heart palpitations so have come off to see if they subside and are therefore connected. My periods were also still extremely irregular. I seemed like my energy levels were slightly better though, but hard to tell as I was still feeling somewhat exhausted

I have been using these supplements for…
I have been using these supplements for nearly 2 months now after switching to them from metformin.
The results are amazing, I’ve had a period, my acne has gone now massively, my mood is better. If you suffer with PCOS and you are wondering if these tablets are right for you I would say just give them a go! They work for me and without the horrible side effects of metformin.
They do give you very emotional/vivid dreams at first I found though! That has seemed to have stopped now though!
