I bought the carbon steel plate
I bought the carbon steel plate, but they are not very thick , so when I cook the plates bend in some angles to create unstable surface, but the service was very good, out of stock but sent me from aboard without charging me extra

Ordered a fridge which they said was in…
Ordered a fridge which they said was in stock but it had to be ordered from Sweden which took two weeks, the delivery date was then moved twice as it wasn't arranged.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience delays, especially after being informed the product was in stock. While the fridge was available in our central warehouse in Sweden, we acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly from the beginning.
We also regret the changes to the delivery schedule and the lack of coordination that led to the delays. We are currently reviewing our internal processes to ensure better communication and more reliable delivery planning in the future.
