Financial affidavit for court proceedings. I had a deadline imposed bu the court. Booked my notary same day and the document was ready well the hearing.

Avoid.
I paid for an online notary service and received no receipt/confirmation of purchase for well over 8 hours. This company is uncontactable by phone/messages/email if you have any issues. The link did eventually come through, however I had already gone with another company due to the urgent need for my documents to be notarised. I attempted to contact My Notary multiple times to request a refund but they have not responded to the online messenger service/emails and there is no phone number.

I had a really disappointing experience with MyNotary. I paid for their online notary service expecting a smooth process, but it was anything but that. The video call kept dropping multiple times and the notary was clearly rushed — important details were overlooked and I had to repeat myself. After the session, I waited days for the certified document and only received vague, automated replies from support when I asked for a status update.
To make matters worse, their customer service took forever to respond, and when they did, the answers were unhelpful and didn’t solve my problem. For the price I paid, I expected a professional and efficient service, but instead I got delays, confusion, and total lack of communication. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be using them again.

Good service for signature notarization. Had a small wait before the video call started but otherwise smooth.
