Definitely not the customer service I expected, I'll advice sticking with Lite n' Easy. Charged me 1 week in advance and then when I requested a cancellation apparently it was past their 'cutoff' - 5 days before a 'fresh food' delivery!

Easy quick meal when time challenged. Bit on salty side but the high protein content overrides that. Delivered always on time. Watch peeling back plastic after heating as its very secure and can splatter. One of the better meal prep companies

I had food poisoning from the chicken chipotle meal. The fish are really not good. Lasagna and bolognaise are pretty good.

After giving this restaurant a try, I was so astonished by the quality of their foods here and at the same time, taste really hits different compared to other brands I've tried.
Great experience so far! I would surely give them 5 stars.

I’ve been using this food service for quite some time and generally happy with it. 2 weeks ago my delivery was 4 meals short. I’ve made contact 5 times via email, Facebook and phone message but still not received a response. Currently reviewing alternate options.

I am impressed with My Muscle Chef, I like the way that it is delivered and that it is NOT frozen. I like that you can postpone orders and the interaction is simple. To be picky the flavor of some of the dishes is not as expected eg: Beef Lasagne, Thai Beef Power Bowl and the Protein shakes come immediately to mind, however the spaghetti bolognese and Roast Lamb was better than expected.

Have been very happy with delivery, packaging & variety. Whilst happy with meals we have noticed there have been a few chicken meals that have been rather “dry”. Not enough sauce/gravy. Otherwise all good!

Overall it was just ok. I tried MYMC for 2 weeks to compare to my usual meal service (macros). The food was ok but tasted over processed and not as fresh. The delivery options meant that I couldn't get it delivered to my apartment building. And the vacuum seal packaging was difficult to remove and super awkward at work to peel off. There also was not as many dietary preferences for me so I had to double up on lots of meals. I have returned to my usual service.

Pretty average some meals, other meals are pretty tasty though!!

Meals are great. But on the delivery they Missed 9 meals from my order. There was a 7 day wait for the missing meals to be delivered. Which I thought was poor. I ended up getting a refund instead. There was no compensation for there error.

5 orders in - I like the food, packaging is good, delivery has been excellent but the price; I don't believe is value for money - not enough discount for large orders. disappointed not to be offered discounts. received an email after my first order offering free item with second order, didn't happen. I will try a little longer- but have to weigh up the value for money
