We have specialised in the financial claim area for a number of years and currently are dealing with thousands of clients who have been overcharged by their lender or mis-sold by their broker. We offer a FREE check service to see if you have a refund due. This requires you to provide us with your contact information and some basic information regarding your mortgage. We will then ask you to sign a letter of authority, this enables us to acquire certain documents from your lender. Once we receive these documents we can then begin to audit the mortgage and see how much you could be owed. This can be done yourself by contacting your lender directly but we like to think that our software offers a quicker and more accurate alternative. If we do find an error in the payments taken by your lender or an unknown mis-sale that has occurred by your broker (or both) then we will give you the option to use one of our panel solicitors to start the refund progress on your behalf. The process takes an average of 3 weeks from when you initially contact us to see if you could be due a refund.
