i had my stair lift installed yesterday…
i had my stair lift installed yesterday (forgotten chaps name) but he was 100%at his job all went smooth he apologised for being a little late but there are so many roadworks in this area he got caught in
a very pleasant chap just got on with the job cleaned up all his bits and pieces and off to his next job thank you very much for your very quick service from survey to delivery that you once again for all you have done

Diabology Service
Phone twice to customer services twice in one day, stated they would get back to me, THEY DID NOT.
Phoned "insallation" on Thursday to ask what time they
would be installing my stairlift, stated they would come back to me between the hours of 1600 to 1800hrs, Concerned I rang "Installation" at 1745hrs to be told my
stairlift would be installed the next day between 1600 and 1800hrs. Engineer arrived at 1730hrs only to find
parts "MISSING" from my new stairlift. Engineer very 0polagetic and made every effort to make installation on Sunday which he did, two days late. This a company that lacks forward planning and customer communication, which was non existence. Would certainly NOT recommend this company. Even regret the one star.
