According to our records, your medication refill request was submitted on October 20, 2025. Within 16 minutes of you accessing the secure patient portal, the assigned provider sent a follow-up message requesting additional information. You responded initially, and the provider then sent a subsequent message seeking further clarification.
Because our medication refill service is asynchronous, there are times when more details are required beyond the initial intake form. In certain cases, a video visit may be the most appropriate next step. In this instance, it appears that our last message in the portal did not receive a response.
We understand you mentioned that “no one ever contacted me.” If this refers to contact by phone or email, please note that our primary communication channel is the secure patient portal, which ensures patient privacy and timely responses. Since there were no issues with portal access in your case, all communication was handled there.
We pride ourselves on being responsive and committed to patient care, and we regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’d be happy to discuss this further to ensure your needs are met and to assist with your request.

I will use this service in another year. It wasn't too difficult at all. The only thing I suggest is that you do check your email account regularly before and after submitting your payment to see if they send you additional online forms to fill out so you can successfully complete your virtual appointment for any temporary medication refills that you ask for.

Dr Sartin is a highly qualified doctor, as well as being a very caring person. While I was busy tending to my wife and her Stage 4 cancer, I needed refills on my two heart medications. He instantly obliged and saved me from having to go sit in a doctor's office (potentially getting sick or bringing germs home to her) and he saved me time and effort. Nearly immediately after sending my request to him, the pharmacy had the scripts. It is worth adding that the price that he offers is lower than the price of all the others that I checked when deciding who to choose for this request. Nothing to join. Simple. I could not be more pleased. Again, thank you very much, Dr Sartin and company.
