Terrible service, they wont even return my calls and expect me to follow up with the courier regarding my parcel which was sent to the wrong parcel. I am still waiting for a reply....Please dont order from them!!

Either they changed their management or I got lucky, but got my package in 3 days. Only ordered 1 just to test it out. Anyway glad I didn't come here before I ordered otherwise I wouldn't have done so. Anyway so far so good? Still getting used to the flavour, will see if this really gives me a boost.

Almost six weeks ago I ordered the blue bundle. Paid R2400. No tea delivered. No response yo email and telephone call. Tried reversing the charges. This is a scam

Don't trust Fed from my Matcha.co.za. A South African website.

I ordered this Tea like almost a month ago. Yesterday they sent one packet of green tea, omitting to send the 5 packs of blue tea. I have called a hundred times. I have emailed 40 times. They dont respond.

This company is a scam. The mere fact you cant reach them.

So I tried the green matcha. Its horrible. This is not a reputable company and I would advise anyone not to use them.

I love the products having a IBS and a very sensitive digestive system, my matcha has been the best ever. Just received my tea. Excited to try it out

I can't say much about the tea because i only have 4 days using it so i haven't notice the results but the service is very good and quick i was satisfied.

I LOVE Mymatcha! The taste is clean natural and refreshing. The service and delivery was hassle-free. Would recommend it over and over!

The service was great thank you. I did however leave a question on your website, which I never received an answer on.

I watched the video on how toe prepare it but i asked do you only use 75ml of water ? I’ve been preparing it like that and the taste is not great, and that is why I asked the question. I would appreciate it if you could answer that for me please.

I think this is a scam. I also purchased the tablets on the 20th Jan. I was sent an email with the tracking number for Dawn Wing with doesn’t exist. I tried phoning and the one number advertised on the web doesn’t exist. The cell number just goes to voicemail. I have emailed this company more than once and not one reply but I am getting advertising from them on a daily basis.🤷‍♀️.

This is really pathetic service..... My order is late!!!! Number is disconnected, cell number rings unanswered and no reply on emails....Dawn wing knows noting about my tracking number.....Have I been scammed?????

Still waiting gor my order, placed almost a month ago... Alteady paid... !!! Courier doesnt have a tracking nr like you send to me... It seems that nobody is following this up... The worst off all is that I recommended this to s friend after purchasing my first tea. He is now waiting for his.. and I dont have feedback from you!!!

Paid online for this product... I received a tracking nr for Dawnwing who in turn says that the number does not exist.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, paid online with credit card, then received email with a courier reference, called Dawn Wing and they have no record of the parcel. Phone number for mymatcha out of service. Looks like I have just been scammed. Unable to contact the company and no reply on email.

The product works for weight loss, but I don't like the taste of the tea, therefore my 3 stars for the product.
