We completely validate how exhausting and infuriating it is to feel ignored and continuously billed, and that is absolutely not the transparent, trustworthy experience we want for you.

Please rest assured that we are here to help and have taken immediate action to fix this. To be completely transparent, our system shows we didn't receive a prior call or email cancellation request, which is why the subscription remained active and triggered your last shipment on June 15, 2026.

However, to resolve this immediately and compensate you for the severe hassle, we have officially cancelled your subscription so no future orders will ever be generated. We have also processed a full refund for that last June 15th order.
