after a Good purchase comes the very Bad Customer care , They made mistake with neck size, 14" even after my throat cancer Chemo & Radiotherapy it still over 15"
unable to do up top button , Avoid these at all cost !!!
Even in The Blessed Month of Ramadan they Scam Muslims , I remind them Quran 17;35 , Heard many BAD Feedback from others who purchased from UAE , Time to start Boycotting a lot of Scammers out there un regulated , I will leave with My Bank Credit card to get Refund , hopefully they will get struck off as a reputable online seller , SHAME ON THEM !!!

Unfortunately, customer service is terrible, and on a €68 shipment, I was asked for €25 in customs fees, an item that was not even minimally foreseen in the purchase, their proposal is to cancel the order and return €30, terrible, highly discouraged.

Worst customer service, Was sent the wrong order, with missing gift box, poor packaging led to one gift box being damaged. Products are mediocre, no sense of honesty,accountability or customer relations and correspondence, gave up trying to claim a refund for missing/damaged order.
Very rude and arrogant customer service, I would recommend you avoid such a foul company. Order #3796

I ordered a custom-made thobe for my wedding to Germany. Alhamdulillah, I am 10/10 satisfied. The customer service was quick and very friendly (I had entered a measurement incorrectly, and the service contacted me via WhatsApp same day to confirm the accuracy). The shipping was incredibly fast (ordered and arrived 4 days later), and the quality and fit turned out amazing. Jazakallahu khairan, wish you all the best!

I bought £109.5 dress it came with a ribbon I could not take the ribbon off so I cut it tried the dress is too small fat too small the measuremt online were wrong I measured myself again and ok but too small so contacted the after sale the went send picture of the dress and so on after a day and asking more details they came back and said because the ribbon was cut they don’t accept return. They saw the ribbon cut in first pic why wait a day to say that. Anyway bad customer service cold and inconsiderate people and the measurements are for kids looks like may karma get you as you ruined my holiday

BEWARE:

There are many things wring with this company
1) bad customer service and lack of response when something goes wrong and very unprofessional response had to keep pestering them to reply
2) images do not match the items sold
3) READ the returns policy!!! Spent nearly £200 and only got refunded half due to all their return fees and this was refunded more than a month after they received my return

Worst customer service. Made 3 orders with them. Last one doesn’t fit the same as the other two and was basically told too bad. If I’m spending $100 on clothing I expect higher customer service. Especially as a repeat customer.

Amazing quality and top service. Love my thobe, the best I've had. I buy many thobes, but can't beat their material quality and sewing 10/10.

Bought a few thobes from My Little Jubba, have to say that these are the best quality thobes I have ever had. Very good fit and worth every penny. Plus customer support 10/10.

Alhamdulillah, i was very happy after receiving this product. first of all the buying experience was very nice as the customer service was there to help you with every step. for days they helped me finding the right size for me and after that the shipping was also very smooth. the packaging is also very nice and i hope this type of packaging always remains.

I contacted the company and got a response but unfortunately as soon as I asked for a return they don’t want to know ?
I have sent emails and what’s app messages but no response for weeks now ?
Not good business and certainly not good for an Islamic business to be dishonest?
I will never purchase from here again.
If you are considering or thinking buying from this company I would seriously think about it because they don’t return which is very complicated when you purchase clothing online.

I orderd the kifayah hats for little boy and it came super quick the quality on the material was beautiful aboustely stunning piece and it arrived before eid which I was super happy abt and the team is very good in replying bk to any questions you may have with ur orders

Awful company lack or response ordered January now we are end of March no refund yet spend over £130. I have proof from Royal Mail they had received the items back in February. I am absolutely shocked how they operate and keep clients money. Now will have to go through my bank.

Absolutely perfect experience. Arrived within 14 days as clearly stated at the time of order by DHL even though order was placed in Ramadhan so would be peak season. I have a few thobes in my collection from Daffah, Aseel, Shukr etc. and the material used here is of a high standard (cashmere option) and totally worth the price.

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago. Have sent email constantly and have heard nothing and haven’t received the items - have raised a dispute with my bank! Awful company with a lack in customer services

I want to reiterate what the previous reviewer said. If you buy an item from them and you need to return it back to them then you have to pay thevreturn fee back to dubai which will cost £20 or more depending on weight of the item. My headgear cost £30 but will cost £20 to return back from UK . Quality of item not great either . Avoid buying from this company y

Awful company to deal with. Take forever and ever to respond to all emails. If you buy from them the size is wrong they charge you to return item and take for ever to reply in the hope you give up. No honor and no respect to customer.

Then again what do you expect from a company who sells Islamic clothes on a model filled with tattoos. Avoid and save the headache.
