Myls has an app which does not bring any value any more since AI. Or at least not for this price. Three years ago ok, now obsolete.

There was a problem with my vouchers (at Amazon's end rather than the Myles App). I spoke to Alina who was absolutely brilliant in explaining what had happened and also assisting in getting the voucher balance restored to my account and then advising once the issue had been fully resolved. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic app to get to get motivated and use as a team building exercise or for your own personal motivation! Run by a lovely and helpful team. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant - I have used the Myles app personally and as part of corporate challenges. The app works really well, and is simple to use. The team behind the app are friendly, professional, and very quick to help with any issues! Highly recommend it to everyone.

What a brilliant app to have in lockdown when we had to stay local as this gave a usual walk a very big lift as you are virtually tackling walks in regions that you can only dream about. I started on a short tour Wembley to Buckingham Palace. I have now completed three challenges and am now on my fourth having covered over 200 real miles. I love telling people I meet that they have joined me on a Virtual walk on the Inca trail for instance. They love it.
On the second day of the Inca trail which in reality is the toughest terrain on the actual trail I was physically walking along a canal so you couldn’t get any flatter terrain!!!
These challenges definitely add a bit of spice to a normal walk. I spent time looking at where I was on Google satellite maps so it’s good to see that we can now do it on Myles. Highly recommend taking part of this enthusiastic , healthy and interesting pastime . Myles is very responsive to communications. Very impressed all round.

There are others out there who tried 'the same' earlier. But Myles has an App that really works, that is responsive, and somehow feels like complying to Unix philosophy: do one thing and do it well. The app is responsive, fast, and generally nice to use. -- and even if there is a problem, it's fixed quickly, and the support is super friendly and competent.

This is great fun. I’ve done the Pennine Way and I’ve now embarked on Land’s End to John o’ Groats. It’s quite impressive to see how far my daily walk gets me.

Great way to record your training. My family and I started a group challenge on bike trainers over the winter to stay in shape and enjoy some friendly competition.

I was the only one of our group to encounter a couple of glitches (one caused by another app to which I had linked to Myles).

Both issues were resolved within 24 hours of my initial e-mails. Fantastic tech support!

And putting on the kms over some of the classic routed that Myles has on offer has made me start planning some cycling trips once the pandemic restrictions ease and international travel is again feasible!!!

Fantastic service & app!

I contacted Myles challenge as I wanted to set up a bespoke virtual run our rugby team could complete over lockdown.

From the initial point of contact I have been very impressed with the personal service I have received. All of my Emails have been responded to promptly and the bespoke challenge was set up within the time frames I was promised. I could not have had a better service.
I even had a follow up email to see how we were getting on with the challenge!

I have been really impressed and I feel like a valued customer. I will be using & recommending this app again in the future. Superb experience.
