You show with screenshots the miles you have, they make you an offer and if you agree they pay to you immediately via Paypal. After that, you give your access details to your account so they can use your miles to book a flight. Works pretty well.

This person who registered here under the fake name Anon is actually Paul Birkigt who failed to scam us. We then opened a dispute in Paypal to receive back the funds we paid him and following their investigation they have agreed it was a scam. The fact this person registered under a fake name here and since according to what he admitted PAYPAL DECIDED IN OUR FAVOUR then this bad review is just his way to get even

I contacted Milefly for an ad on Instagram for the purpose of selling 210,000 MR of American Express.
Tamir Levi answered me explaining that the process consisted of sending the MR points to someone else's account and, later, they would make the payment.
Since I did not trust him, I told him that I would have to think about it and he gave me the Trustpilot page with all these reviews. Here all you said that Milesfly made an upfront payment so I asked Tamir. He told me that that was only with the airlines miles so I passed 220000 MR points to Delta Airlines in order to make the advance payment and avoid problems.
The only thing he answered me was that Delta points are 1200$ (not 2000$ as MR). Nothing else.
I think I was the victim of a scam attempt. When he wanted me to send my MR he answered on the minute. When he has to advance the payment, it disappears.

During the Corona virus period of time we reduced our miles purchases since there were no flights to redeem from those airline miles we bought however, we did agree to buy Delta miles from this individual eventually and paid her upfront however, this person didn't send us the credentials to her Delta account and we opened a dispute about it at Paypal and won after they realized this individual didn't deliver the service as agreed.
MyleFly doesn't scam anyone and since we pay upfront prior to receiving the access to the mileage account we can only be scammed by others which is why we pay via Paypal who checks each transaction closely and reimburse us when they find out we were civtims of a fraud activity.
It's just too bad that Trustpilot lets scammers get even at businesses they failed to scam. Trustpilot indicates that anyone can write anything assuming it's not curses or so instead of looking into the evidents to actually determine who'se right and prevent from some people to reduce a legit business from getting the rating it deserves.
