Product got shipped from Bangalore to Hyderabad though the To address said Bangalore urban..all because of a typo by me in the pincode. Found it very difficult to correct with Shiprocket guys. Took more than 2 weeks to get the product

Good original product delivered
Purchased dell laptop charger which was original and product delivered was good. But ekart logistics delivered it 2 days late which was bad.

Battery fitted well for Dell E7450. Battery capacity is 4000mAh as against shown in the description 6350mAh. There are alternate options available for less price but I choose this as capacity shown was more. But when I received it is same 4000mAh as other vendors.

Thanks for your feedback. However, we are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product delivered. Please note that spare parts are not freshly produced. They are manufactured in batches and then stored at various locations before it reaches the customer as & when required. Though the manufacturing date might be little old but it covered with one year warranty, which means if any issues within one year, you can get the support for it.
