Odysseas Dean is a coach who knows his science and can effectively guide an athlete through their journey. We started working together due to a persistent pain on my knee as I had gone to plenty physiotherapists and doctors but noone had addressed the issue effectively. Odysseas took the time to consider all the parameters and suggest workouts that actually worked towards strengthening my legs and eliminating the pain. Thanks to our work together I managed to run a 20k race in the mountains, only a year after becoming a mom and only a few months into our training together, something I felt impossible before his interventions.
