Disappointing experience

I placed an order in December, but unfortunately never received it. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a DHL tracking link. According to the tracking information, there have been no updates since December 29, when the package was marked as held at customs in Denmark.

I felt uncomfortable being sent a tracking link with such outdated information, as if everything was fine, despite the package clearly not moving.

Very disappointing experience.
