Customer Service

Initially, I had an issue place a new order as a first-time customer (the welcome discount code was invalid for one item, and forced me to remove it from the cart before I could see discount on any other items), so I contact Customer Service, but unfortunately, two of the agents were rude and/or unapologetic. Finally had Eden help me out, and she was clear, showed empathy, and worked out a solution for me. It would be helpful to have phone customer service too. So far the products I tested were good.

Fabulous customer service!

The customer service folks are so nice and helpful! I am a loyal Kitsch shopper and I love their products, particularly the scrunchies. I love supporting a woman-owned business and American-made, too! My mother loves Kitch as well.

I have always had problems with my hair…

I have always had problems with my hair especially when I started dyeing it. I used other "special" shampoos and conditioners and they were okay. I tried the argan oil shampoo and conditioner bars from Kitsch and whoa my hair has never been better. I always have frizz and a lot of fly a ways but with the argan oil shampoo and conditioner my hair feels soft and not frizzy. I have not had a keratin treatment since. I also had a problem with a subscription and it was solved within 30 min of my emailing the company. That is excellent customer support. I can and will recommend Kitsch products and expound on their excellent customer service.

I purchased the contour pillow eye…

I purchased the contour pillow eye mask.
So comfortable, great quality fabric and completely blocks out all light.
I had an issue with the delivery (it turned my husband had misplaced my parcel) and the Kit.sch customer service were amazing even though it was an error my side.
I would definitely shop from Kit.sch again.

I am 82 years young and could not open…

I am 82 years young and could not open the shampoo or conditioner. I had to have a neighbor open them. I find it very difficult to squeeze them. There is no give to the bottles at all. I like the product but I don't know if it's worth the hassle of using it. Thank you. Joyce Coe

We’re truly glad you’re enjoying the shampoo and conditioner, but we’re sorry the bottles were difficult to open on that first use. The cap has a safety lock that can feel firmer than expected at first, and we understand how frustrating that can be.

To help: holding the base of the bottle with one hand and pressing firmly on the edge of the cap with your thumb will “break in” that initial lock. Some customers find it even easier to hold the sides of the bottle with both hands and use both thumbs to press down. Once that first unlock is done, the cap should open smoothly with normal use.

We’re actively improving this mechanism in future production runs to make the first opening much easier.

Annoying marketing

The shampoo and conditioner soaps are good products though it’s pricy. Why I don’t rate the brand with more stars because of the marketing is really annoying. You could unsubscribe by email marketing but you would never get rid of their SMS. They non stop sending you messages by different numbers!!! You would have to non stop reporting and deleting … never end that made me stop ordering the products!!!!

I accidentally placed the same order…

I accidentally placed the same order twice I emailed to ask if they could cancel one of the orders, within two minutes I was contacted by Nieky who said they had cancelled my order and a refund had been issued I was astonished at how Quick they got back to me especially as it was a weekend what EXCELLENT customer service I look forward to placing more orders and HIGHLY recommend Kitch to any contemplating placing orders with this company Well done KITCH

Great Product, Fantastic Team

Since I first started using Kitsch products there has never been anything I was disappointment in, and more than a few things I have bought to share with friends and family! I just learned that they are more than a great product, they have a phenomenal team that corrected an order issue for me with an unbelievable quick turn around time!! I have always recommended their products, but will now add that you can take confidence in knowing they genuinely care about their customers and will make the moment right. Kudos to a great team, service, and product!

I had a package which the tracking…

I had a package which the tracking showed at arrived at our post office but I did not receive it. The staff hunted for it thoroughly but could not find it. I emailed Kitsch and received an answer within minutes!!! They are also sending a new shipment. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Eden saved my order! Kitsch is lucky to have her!

Customer service, specifically Eden was tenacious and patient with me as I was frustrated with the fact that I expected to receive my thermal curling iron and instead received a bottle of conditioner that I didn't order. Eden was amazing. I am 65 and not a technical genius, but I am stubborn and refused to give up. We resolved the issue and Eden placed a new order for me. I will always be appreciative of her help. I thought my order had not arrived

Although I thought my order had not arrived, it actually came with some other packages that were birthday gifts. For that reason, I didn't open it immediately. The customer service at Kitsch has been very patient with me while we tried to figure out what had happened.

Best shampoo and conditioner bars on the market

I've been using Kitsch products for about 2 years and they are by far my favorite purveyor of bar shampoos and conditioners. Their other hair products are great, too, but the real standout are the bars. The conditioners are especially effective. I love that they can be taken on airplanes, and that there are no plastic bottles to recycle or throw away. Shipping has always been prompt.

Thinning and falling hair.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2021. Had a lumpectomy, radiation and put on an chemo drug. My hair thinned a bit but the past year it got much worse. Now starting a GLP-1 so I had to do something. Found Kitsch and ordered the Rosemary Biotin bars and oil. I liked the ingredients used and reviews. 5th time using it an small hairs are beginning to come in. Bonus of clean healthy scalp and super soft hair. I will keep using Kitsch.

Not happy

Not happy, ordered and paid for this almost three weeks ago and still not received it, when I emailed was told it can take 25 days but this isn’t made clear when you order. Then when you try cancel it, you can’t! Won’t be ordering again
