Perfect!

Customer service is absolutely outstanding, Katie from the Customer Services Team was so efficient and helpful and went above and beyond my expectations when I was needing a repair on my brush belt! The products are just as amazing too, truly a company that cares about their image and doesn’t settle for less than perfect

I have been a fan of mykitco for years

I have been a fan of mykitco for years. The brushes and other kit are well designed and curated with both prosumers and consumers in mind. I am in the process of rebuilding my working kit with the range and recommend it to anyone looking for affordable, professional grade brushes and bags.

Good evening Jasmine and thank you for your recent order and support of the brand. I’m saddened to hear of this in the form of a 2* review when we worked extremely hard to dispatch all orders during our busiest time of year in record time. The shipping service you chose - there were express options available - stated 10-20 business days, with some delays expected due to customs delays given the time of year.
I have checked your tracking, which you also can access through your order, account and confirmation email, and can confirm this has been sorted today in CA by USPS and will be delivered shortly.
As a smaller independent brand we take great pride in our service and to receive such a disappointing review is extremely disheartening to say the least.
We sincerely hope you will reconsider and very much look forward to your order being delivered, in the stated timeframe.

Consistently great

I don't know what it is about this company but the products are all just such amazing quality. The attention to detail makes everything worth the price and if you're savvy enough to shop deals e.g. black Friday, you'll be so glad you did. The quality of materials used for bags etc. are exceptional and they think of everything!!! I adore the brushes. Cannot recommend highly enough.
