Since starting Juniper on New Year’s…

Since starting Juniper on New Year’s Day 2026 I have lost 14kg. For me the process has been smooth and easier than I was expecting. I have developed healthy eating habits and eating exercise more than I used to. My clothes are noticeably loose and I feel great within myself. I also have a Juniper coach which helps me to be accountable and I feel this has benefited me greatly. I have 6kgs more to lose to reach my goal and after years of trying many options, Juniper has hands down been the best for me.

The Journey

I could not have got to here without the program, it’s been a journey but one of weight loss, feeling more pep in my step, being able to run and get out amongst it.

I am appreciative of the program and not being told go do Pilates or yoga and change your diet speel like the past.

I would highly recommend Juniper

I would highly recommend Juniper to anyone. The service is so quick, easy and efficient. It suits busy people with busy lives and they really make it easy to achieve your goals. All the staff I dealt with were absolutely fantastic - so quick to respond, and always there to help. I wasn’t able to pursue it long term due to side effects but I still would very much recommend it for people to try.

Weight lost and confidence gained

Medical care without judgment

Medical care without judgment, which has helped me dramatically improve my health and fitness as well as my mental health. As someone who struggled with weight loss after having a baby and going into perimenopause, I had tried gruelling fitness routines, curated meal plans of all sorts, but was exhausted by a lack of results and the stressors of life as a full time working mum. The support of Juniper has been incredible from day one, caring healthcare professionals who don’t just see numbers on a scale but humans trying their best. Regular check ins and health and fitness advice make this the perfect service for someone needing more than just gym and meal plan.

End result is satisfying but…

Upfront, yes, I have lost weight and am very happy with that aspect. On the downside, aggressive marketing, a constantly confusing app, unclear processes for booking consultations. The app undergoes changes frequently, with various features being moved around within the app or just being suddenly unavailable for a couple of weeks. I have to hunt for things all the time. The recipe section is particularly clunky. I really dislike the constant entreaties to recommend a friend and had to ask they stop sending constant prods via messages to my phone and emails.

Jupiner has really helped me with my cravings

Jupiner has really helped me with my weight, constant fatigue, high blood pressure, and dizziness. Since taking Wegovy and improving my eating habits, all those symptoms have gone away.

I was only borderline overweight, so I probably wouldn’t have been prescribed it through a doctor, but I decided to take things into my own hands. Now I’ve reached my goal weight and feel confident managing my diet on my own, so I don’t need ongoing treatment anymore.
