Nice earings but God they are cheaply made.. I ordered them after reading hypo-allergenic but I only tried them on n itched like crazy. Total waste of money customer service was crap I was just told they are fashion jewellery. Definitely won't buy again or recommend them.

Nice earrings but customer service lacking
I ordered 2 pairs of earrings on the BOGOF. They are lovely, but wsnted to see if I could change one pair for a different colour. I have contacted using the online form and the email but have not received any acknowledgement from either.

Very pretty
Very pretty, but only after wearing once, the clasp of the necklace broke. Very disappointed.. the pendant itself is very pretty., hope they improve the quality of the clasp! Or better quality control before shipping the item. Plan to either get replacement or refund.
