Excellent tradesperson
Douglas is a very pleasant young man, excellent at his job who explained clearly the issue of my electrical problem before solving it promptly and cleaning up afterwards. I cannot recommend him enough and would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Hello, I would like to close my account with you. Two years ago, I hired a plumber who didn't do a good job, and recently I hired a builder to do plasterwork in my bathroom, but he just ended up making holes in the wall and ceiling. Both times, I hired a "professional" (though I'm not sure you can call someone who does such poor work a professional), so I want to close my account.

Initial work very poor but James did respond and come to remedy it which he did to a satisfactory standard. It was not the easiest job but James was polite at all times and also apologetic about previous standard of work done. The 3 star rating reflects overall performance
