I love My Ireland Box. Every month I look so forward to receiving what I call a present to me. I'm like a little kid anxiously awaiting my present. I have been to Ireland & love it. If I had to pick another country to live in, it would be Ireland. Every Box is so perfect & worth every penney. I have two corners in my home that shows off all my Ireland Box treasures. FIRST-- To the public, most of the world NOW knows the terrible teriff issues, in USA-- international mail, has changed for the WORSE, and this affected MY supscription-boxes recently,
BUT---this is ONLY of recent!
It NEVER affected it, before, and, I was always informed of delivery, by email.
I have had a renewed subscription from MY IRELAND BOX, since 2023.
It was always on time, and had quality fun surprises, and, irish food treats.
SUDDENLY, it changed--
but, I knew it was NOT Ireland's fault. The boxes, were partialy empty-- no food ITEMS!
I was tempted to stop my orders, yet-- my mom and I had SUCH fun with my gifts, and sharing irish treats, that I ASKED Katharine if she was trying to SOLVE the trouble. It was sad...
She DID contact me,
and, her Facebook page, and, she explained what was happening with foods, tariff, etc.
(which us in USA, knew had ruined our mail). I know, she worked HARD, and NOW is, to keep the wonderful STANDARD, that we, as long-term customers, have enjoyed!
She has been, a high quality business person, and, has made a wonderful surprise box, for us that love IRELAND.
Well, I just got my APRIL box (later than before, but, by honesty, it came) And--
the food is BACK IN!
After seeing concerns at the Facebook page, from unhappy folks, I felt I needed to say something:
These are harder times-- but the care and love, in her buisness GIVE me time to enjoy surprise with my mom.

of course makes it expensive, for retired folks, like me, but, gift-wise, the ITEMS are of good prices and quality made, and worth enjoying ..

I have been receiving My Ireland boxes a little over a year. When I initially signed up for them, I was just going to subscribe for 3 months and stop. But I find I just can’t bring myself to cancel the subscription! The things that are selected to go in the box are so unique and fun! My heritage is both Irish and Scottish and while it’s on my bucket list to visit both places, until I can do so, these boxes bring me closer to feeling like I am there each month. It is my treat to “me”!
Extremely dissapointed in this company. They supposedly tried to use the same CC mutlple times this last month for the April box, mind you it worked great for the previous 5 boxes, it finally went through on March 31st...I have the email confirmation. There was no reason it shouldn't have gone through, the bank didn't even have notifications on their side that anything had tried to be even charged. I just went and asked for my tracking information since they never give it to you, mind you it says they are supposed to send it out in their infromation. I finally got a response back stating "Well the payment didn't go through till the 1st and it had to be in by the 31st and so we are sending out a May box" THE HELL YOU ARE!!!!! I HAVE DONE MY 6 months I SIGNED UP FOR!!!!!! I have an email showing the confirmation from them the 31st. Keep in mind I had cancelled my renewall because of the poor boxes and poor treatment by this company. My husbands family is in Ireland and they can not believe this company treats their customers like they do. Very frustrating, between the false advertisment of what was in the boxes when I signed up, to constant having to hold them for the tracking information that they ARE supposed to provide and not this whole debacle. Buyer beware for sure!!!!

Thier products are minimal at best,we use fit,fab,fun and products are mostly great coming directly from manufacturers,tried to cancel many times through emails to no avail they keep sending packages and charging credit card,only way to get rid of them is cancel your card

I initially purchased the 3-months subscription, and I really liked everything so much that I transitioned to the 12-month subscription. I felt there was quality in the items, and they were all things that I enjoyed. I've had a few questions along the way, and they've been answered promptly.

Love the wood serving board with the sheep engravings and the sheep towel! This is my fifth MyIrelandBox and I have loved each one! Love the snacks and items that come with each box. You get a recipe card and a little booklet full of interesting facts and who the makers are of the products.

My husband and I did a CIE pub tour of Ireland in September 2025. I fell in love with this beautiful scenic country and the friendly people. When I found out about the MyIrelandBox I knew I had to sign up for it. My first box arrived two days ago, and I love the variety of items in it…A lovely silver necklace, a dish towel with sheep on it, a box of candy, a bag of potato chips, a cutting board and a lovely companion book. Thank you so much, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.

I have just received my second box and it is just amazing! I love the quality of each item and the fact that they are truly all from Ireland!! I also love the way they get back to you quickly when you email them. It is a wonderful company and I look forward to getting my box every month!! If you haven't subscribed, do it..... you won't be disappointed. They are honest, thoughtful and inspirational people who run the business.

I received my first My Ireland Box yesterday. I was over the moon excited. The first thing I did when I cracked the box was smell it… ( sounds crazy right?) but it smelled fantastic! I found the lovely bar of soap inside that was the source of the aroma. Along with beautiful treasures & treats :) the little book was a surprise. I sat down and read it front to back right away. I can’t wait to see what next months box brings ( so excited)

Update 4/4/26- After placing the original review, I was contacted by the company and everything was sorted out. They took the time to investigate and explain what happened as well as refund one of the boxes. The March box finally arrived and the items were wonderful.
I placed my order on 2/28/26. I ordered 1 three month subscription. I have been charged for 2 subscriptions twice now and have not even received my first box as of 4/2/26! I had to ask for my tracking number. It was not provided initially when it was shipped.
I have reached out to customer service which is very slow to respond. When I do receive a response, they appear to be blanket answers and do not appear to be willing to make this right. I want a refund for the second subscription that I did not order! I have canceled my subscription after being charged $288, receiving no boxes and poor customer service.

My mother in law has tried to cancel this subscription for six months and even sent a registered letter and they just keep sending the items and charging her. Now we have to cancel her credit card. It's been a terrible experience and now that we have moved the package goes to our old address 4 hours drive from our new address. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION!

This is my second time time being a subscriber. First time approx 2 yrs ago I had the best experience so when my financial situation allowed me to go ahead and start up a subscription.
I ordered in Feb, for the march / St.Patrick’s day box. It shipped timely around the 9th. I have yet to receive the box, it’s been sitting in the neverthands for days. Every time I contact the help team I’m given the run around, it’s on its way, it will be there next week. I’m very very upset that I did not receive it. It was a birthday gift to myself. My birthday has come and gone and no box. We are now less the a day away from the April Box being charged and I have yet to receive the march box. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in lack of communication/ support for the late box.

The box arrived, and it was fantastic. Katherine was more than helpful to assist and went the extra mile and kept me updated once she became aware of the issue. More than satisfied with the assistance. I know the shipping was outside of the control of their control

I have been receiving the monthly box for a few years now. I LOVE them. I look forward to these deliveries, I have never had a repeated item, there are certain things I may not use, but my best friend aka "My Irish Twin" enjoys them. The only issue I did have is due to living in Las Vegas, NV USA, our summer temps here are above 100 degrees and one time a chocolate bar melted over some of the items' packaging. I love the jewelry and get compliments when I wear the necklaces.

I gifted a 3 month subscription to my son. The boxes included a beautiful assortment of unique gifts, each of high quality and quite lovely. Each box also includes a beautiful booklet describing the beauty of Ireland.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a bit of the beauty of Ireland delivered to their home.

Oh my goodness! This one was the best! It arrived right on St Patrick's Day and believe me, I was absolutely thrilled with the contents. Not to spoil the surprises, but there was one item that was put in after the box was sealed with the pretty green paper, sort of just on top, that ABSOLUTELY BLEW MY MIND. I ordered on 2/28 in hopes of having my box ship by the 5th of March, which their website says they ship on the 5th of every month. It's now the 11th and I have no tracking number nor email nor a response from their customer support. I was hoping to receive this by St. Patrick's Day, but it's looking like not even close now. This is a very disappointing first-time customer experience.

I do not have Irish in my blood but when I saw that I could get authentic Irish merchandise I had to place my order. There is such a beauty in the photos of the lands, coasts, and villages that I felt this would help me get to know the land. Receiving the MyIreland Boxes have been a joy for my family. Living in the United Stated this box gives us a taste of another country's culture. It is clear that each item is picked out especially for the month to represent a special time. Even though it might not be common in the USA it is a custom or celebration in Ireland. Receiving something as simple as a wooly sheep or as elaborate as a beautiful silver necklace which represents the history of Ireland. The recipes are interesting because they are both different as they are common to us in the States. Then to wrap up the box is an amazing booklet written by Katharine. She describes what she sees on her journeys throughout Ireland. She also explains the amazing culture and as well as the history. I recommend that you try a subscription to see for yourself how wonderful Ireland can be.
