This is a scam. I never agreed to a subscription. And they don’t want to do a refund. They steal money.
This company is absolute scam
This company is absolute scam. I took an IQ test for 1€ and 10 days later they took 29,9 € from my account for a subscription i've never signed up for. I emailed them and they promised to refund me, but nothing happened. They don't have a customer service just a chatbot named Dave sending automated responses. How can they still trade after scamming so many people is beyond me.

What a scam.
What a scam.. been debited 29.99 three times after repeatedly cancelling it. Told a refund was being processed but nothing turned up. Be aware and avoid the IQ test, totally rip off.

I took the Myiqtest and I paid the 99 cents. I got enrolled and then when I saw the $29.99 fee on my credit card statement, I immediately sent a cancellation request. The message back said it was canceled but the next month I got charged again! Submitted another request to cancel and nothing except constant charges!! Help!!!
After continuos emails back and forth
After continuos emails back and forth, Thanks to Trustpilot. This company refunded the full amount of €29.99 into my account. Though it was no walk in the park.
MyIQ are misleading scammers
I took an IQ test for amusement and to receive the results I paid £1.00 which was taken in two 50p payments.
I've only now realised that after 7 days, if you fail to cancel the arrangement you are locked in to recurring payments of £29.99 and I've had 3 of these taken, costing me over £90.00.
This company are not upfront about the recurring subscriptions and as a single pensioner I can't afford to waste this money. The UI is confusing and I've been misled. So have hundreds of others. I only took the test after being bombarded with marketing from MyIQ.
AVOID this scam. Highly reprehensible!

They charged me $.50 twice then another charge for $29.99 they did not answer and when enter to their web page I do not even have an account and can not cancel “my subscription” this is a total scam
I quit wrestling after high school…
I quit wrestling after high school graduation & don't want to wrestle with this company to stop auto charging my card. After the 1st $29.99 charge (obscure AUTO renew to trial) but they did it again. So I re-cancelled - then a repeated cycle. The 99¢ trial was not worth the mony. The obscure auto charge was less worth it. The wrestling to cancel and refund the sneaky recharge is ridiculous.
BE AWARE OF THIS UNSCRUPULOUS ANTIC.
Sneaky practices
I paid for a test that I thought was legit, but apparently my IQ isn't high enough to sniff out a scam. They signed me up for a subscription that I didn't authorize and started charging me $24.99 per month via PayPal. I didn't review my PayPal account for a couple months (I don't use it often and didn't think i needed to look for suspicious charges). Let the buyer beware!
They are just scamming people
They are just scamming people. I payed them £1 to receive my results then they tried to take £29.99 from my card for a subscription I didn't agree to thanks to my bank they declined it. I do feel foolish I will be looking anything up on trustpilot in future.
Misled into unwanted subscription
I took a test with myiqtest and paid .77cents Australian for the results believing that was it . Shortly after $48.99 was taken from my bank account for a subscription I did not know I had taken. This site is very misleading and a scam to have people unknowingly agree to subscription

Completed an online test agreed to a 50p charge to download a certificate paid by PayPal. Without specific authorisation PayPal paid them a second 50p and £29.99 reoccurring both without my knowledge. Runaround by MyIQ when I tried to cancel and get my money back, asked PayPal for help and they supported the scam and refused to help.

This appears to be a scam I paid £9.99 for what I believed to be a one off report , did not agree to a subscription that cost £29.99 but that is what they have tried to take today which I will be alerting my bank security about .i have tried to cancel through their website but they want my payment details again and another payment of £9.99 !!! They are obviously praying on us older people that have concerns about our memories. Feel foolish and abused do not fall for it
Misleading subscription – £200+ taken without clear consent
Misleading subscription – £200+ taken without clear consent
I am honestly disgusted at how this company operates.
What appears to be a simple low-cost quiz (in my case around 50p) quietly turns into a £29.99 monthly subscription without any meaningful or informed consent. There was no clear warning, no proper confirmation, and no welcome email to make me aware that I had entered into any ongoing agreement.
I only discovered these charges after months of payments had already been taken, totalling over £200.
After looking into this further, I can see I am far from alone. There are countless reviews describing the exact same experience – small initial payment followed by ongoing monthly charges that people were completely unaware of.
In my case, it is highly likely this was triggered innocently by my child, which raises even more serious concerns about how easily users can be enrolled into a subscription without proper safeguards or verification.
This business model feels deliberately misleading and designed to catch people out.
I have now escalated this with my bank and requested a full refund.
I would strongly advise others to check their statements carefully if they have ever interacted with this site.
This company appears to operate a…
This company appears to operate a subscription scam. I completed an IQ test and then pay 22 CZK for the result, which is fine.
However, unbeknownst to me, at the time of purchasing it also signed me up to a recurring subscription of 762CZK per month. I did not knowingly sign up for this and it was never made clear to me that I’d be signing up for a subscription when processing payment for the initial test results. I only realised upon seeing the payment leave my bank account after which I immediately cancelled my subscription.
I’d expect a refund in my situation. And upon requesting a refund by email, the company not agreed. Fraudulent conduct and it is very suspicious how they get payment details just from email.
