Throughout the purchase process and receipt of my order I have found the customer service to be very good. I have appreciated communication along the way.
For the most part the item was expected accept for the engraving on 1 of the 3 necklaces I purchased. I asked for a an ‘I’ but because of the style it looks like a ‘J’. To avoid misunderstanding it would have been useful to show the font style on the website as this would manage expectations.
Overall, worth using. Ask any questions and they will be very quick to answer, something really important and makes a difference.

My partner order the highland cow necklace with his name last year and botched the address and now a year later I've emailed them back and forth a few times seeing what we could do and organising new things, I got the necklace today and absolutely love it, I'm a little worried if it will tarnish though. They got back to me very quickly I'm so happy, I absolutely adore highland cows so the design has made me extremely happy, it's my favorite piece of jewlery by far.

So happy with my necklace. Beautiful design, good quality at fair price and fast delivery.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Absolutely disgusting customer service and even worse product. I ordered a necklace with my late parents pictures in it and it arrived discoloured and awful quality. I reached out to them and heard nothing for a week then they tell me I have to pay to return and that nothing is wrong with my item. Absolutely vile people don't go near them and I will report and post everywhere I can how bad they are.

DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! There jewelry is poor quality and they don't adhere to their 70% return policy. My girlfriend bought a personalised Dog chain that she didn't like and they refuse to provide a return address when you ask to send said item back for refund. You are also responsible for return postage and I think it's Hong Kong. I have requested the unlisted address 6 times so far, and still they have refused to disclose this essential information. I will be taking all my evidence of this blatant disregard for legally required communication to trading standards as they are clearly in breach of British law! I recommend all customers also complain to the Hong Kong Consumer Council and hopefully get these dodgy crook's shut down.

I absolutely loved the jewelry. The engraving was amazing. Spot on. Looks just like my pup!! I will definitely be ordering from here again

Placed an order the weekend of the 7th and paid express delivery, still had no actual confirmation.
The gift was For my mums birthday today. Emailed repeatedly to get very slow responses to be told yesterday they’re very busy and working slower than usual. And I could have a refund that would be free(of course the refund is free you’re offering my money back for my item you’ve not even begun to make! Why take express postage if you know you cannot fulfil it. Also paid express delivery on an item for Father’s Day that’s still not here either.

I read all the horrible reviews about this company. i was like Oh My God i made a mistake I'm going to lose money on this one. I did not i ordered a name plate for my motorcycle last week. It has already been delivered. So i say Thank you i love it

You will not obtain a refund from this company, although the refund policy is advertised on their website... they have offered me 50% off on the next order instead of returning the money (like advertised).
Very unprofessional in their dealings.
They keep sending the same message over and over and it's difficult to get a reasonable explanation as to why they wouldn't stick to their return policy advertised.

Terrible service & the bracelet ordered was cheap with the wrong colour birth stone. I wanted Ruby as advertised on their site (red) & it was bright pink! I had a back & forth email conversion with them to be consistently told that my item was satisfactory & that I would be offered a 5% refund! I had to tell them about 6 times that I wanted a refund & to return the item. In the end they stated that it would cost a fortune to return & that they ‘might’ refund me 70% of what I paid. In the end I had to settled for 50% refund as they really didn’t give me much choice! The item was expensive but cheap looking & I also paid extra for delivery & it was still over a week late! Avoid avoid avoid!!! Terrible service!

I ordered a personalized embroidered floral ladies linen handkerchief with my chosen wild flower a snowdrop option 6 and my mothers name 'Avril'
These are the words they used in their advertising description.
The photo they supplied of the options were of beautiful boxed hemmed and mitred edged, linen handkerchiefs with the embroidered flowers clearly shown.
I wish i could add the photographs of the photo and what i actually received which bore no resemblance at all to the item i ordered and was given to expect.
I received a huge rough cloth with roughly turned edges and a stick on transfer of the flower and my mothers name and it definitely is not linen.
I requested a return and refund of the cost and I had an apology and was offered 20% off and keep the item. I obviously refused. I was then offered 30% refund and keep the item again i refused. I was then offered 50% refund and keep the item and once again i refused and i was then told that if i wanted to return the item it would be at great cost to me as they weren't in our country if i did that they would make a decision on whether to give me a return of 70% as it was personalised and nothing was wrong with it. I again refused as the item wasn't the item i ordered. I then was told the maximum they would refund was 50% which in the end I took as citizens advice advised it would be difficult to get a refund as they were from Kwungtong KL, Hong Kong.
Since researching again the item i purchased i see there are many that use the same advertisement so i would imagine are sister firms from here too
I recommend that if you take chances with firms like this you pay with a credit card so you can get a full refund with you card supplier and not a debit card as I did.
This firm is totally unscrupulous so my advice is to use reputable shops to purchase goods so you get the ones that are advertised and not the inferior products these firms supply.
Of course they know what they are doing and even giving 50% refund and an offer to keep the goods they are making a handsome profit as the item wasn't any better than a duster and probably only worth pence not almost £20 the price they had charged

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Wish I had seen the previous reviews to this company prior to my purchase. Took the money from my account, said confirmation email will be sent to me never received it, it's now been 3 weeks since I ordered, no tracking details provided, no item received, no
response back to my emails or calls!!

Don’t buy from here. Ordered necklace for Christmas gift for daughter in law. In 14 th December paid extra to have it before Christmas it never arrived , or. Received a refund for it the company not been in contact with to where it is. Poor company.

Stay away from this company. They know you are powerless to return an item.
I ordered and embroidered item for my Huband's Granny's 100th birthday. Instead, I recieved a poor quality printed copy. My Infinity wouldn't accept they'd sent the wrong item. Repeatedly stating "there is no quality issue". I was advised I could send it back (paying return postage myself for their mistake), and maybe I'd get a 70% refund or keep and receive a 50% refund. Neither option is acceptable given they sent an item I didn't order. I ran out of time and energy to argue the point and accepted a 50% refund, then resigned the handkerchief to a cleaning cloth.

I was hesitant to order due to the bad reviews.. Glad I didn't pay attention.. The order I received was beautiful, lovely quality and well priced. The customer service is also impeccable.. I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Awful company preying on vulnerable people who just want to buy gifts for their loved ones. DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL. Nothing is 'engraved', it is just cheap crap with printed writing on it. Complete SCAM!

Ordered a necklace on their website and paid a ridiculous amount of money for urgent shipping which advertised that it would get to me in time for Christmas. Still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them twice and they are just completely ignoring the issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I will be taking it further.

Zero stars. Wished I’d read the reviews before ordering. Placed order 16/12/24 as website stated delivery before Christmas. Paid over £10 for the urgent postage. Ten days later, the gift is still showing in Germany! I’ve emailed the apparent customer service support email address twice with no response. Very, very, disappointed and embarrassed that I had no gift for my elderly mother on Christmas Day. Please avoid this company unless you want to lose your money!!

Junk. My father in law was a biker. When he passed and was cremated, I searched for an urn for his ashes that was Harley related. I found one on MyInfinity that looked nice in the pictures. It was like an oval shape with your choice of motorcycle on top, and was pictured to look like it had an engraved metal plate on the front. We bought it, and asked for rush service, which still wasn't all that fast. When we got the urn it looked like cheap junk. Instead of the nice motorcycle directly mounted on the lid like we chose, it was a toy Maisto motorcycle, which wouldn't have been too much of a problem if they removed the flat toy base stand. Basically a cheap plastic urn, with a toy glued on top. Then the engraved metal plate? That's a foil sticker. Total waste of money. Just looks cheap and junky, unlike the displayed pictures. And by the time you get the order and showed it to my mother in law, the return period was up. Don't waste your money on their cheap urns, you'll be disappointed too.
