Trying to credit money from my bank account from 28th sep and 2nd oct

This place maybe a legitimate store, however their customer service is shit. Was sent the wrong product, asked them to send the right product but was told some bull shit story that they checked with the warehouse and the right product was sent even if I sent a photo of what was delivered (wrong product )

It been a few days and I keep on getting emails from the company saying they will not send the correct because it’s “too hard for them to do so” my words , but it’s the context of emails

I've raised a complaint against unknown deduction from my card and the issue is being handled by Claire

I confirm that myidealden.com is a site that defrauds people by selling some items, and when it withdraws money from the bank card, it does not send any orders. After that, it withdraws additional funds without the customer's consent under the pretext of purchasing any future transaction. When you find yourself forced to buy from the site, the answer is that this item is sold out and there is no more of it currently. They do not have any items for sale.
This site is a scam and is stealing people's money. It's one of the worst scams I've ever encountered. When I contacted them, they asked me to rate them 4 or 5 on Trustpilot. This is an illegal extortion scheme. I strongly advise against them.

I cancelled a subscription and after the cancellation, an amount was withdrawn from my bank account, then I contacted the service representative, so the response was quickly and beautifully, and I was promised to return the amount, thank you for your response

THIS SITE IS A SCAM, THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY IN YOUR BANK WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. DONT TRUST THIS SITE.
