The Worst Service Ever!!!!
We ordered and payed a closet and a sideboard in MY HOME (herlev) last August 12,2023 to be delivered on Dec 14, 2023!! But then they called and said they need to move to Dec 18, then Dec 20 again and arrived Dec 21!! Imagine how much inconvenience already. Then next, as soon as we opened package, they gave us a different sideboard, WRONG ITEM., and the closet that we bought NO SCREWS!! and we called them and only to be told to wait until NEXT YEAR!! JUST NEXT YEAR!! HOLIDAY IS FEW DAYS AWAY, our clothes are on the floor everywhere and we have guest coming over., WHAT DO YOU EXPECT IS TO DO!!! we did not order just this month or last month we ordered in August and We expect the company to reserve that!! The worst service ever!! What the Fakkkkk!! and we said we want to return it, but we were told we need to do it ourselves if we return it!!! Like really!!! are you kidding me!! is it our fault?!!! What the Fakkkkk!!!

I did not get my furniture.
It is 3 days after scheduled delivery. Nobody contacted us, not even SMS. I did not get my furniture. I will consider to not order from your e-shop for next time.

Canceling a product without my consent
I ordered a set of table and chairs at a discount, and in the end I received an email that there was an error on the website and the price was much higher, and for this reason they canceled my order. Totally irresponsible! I ordered what I saw on the site, what is my fault???

Do yourself a favor
I really wonder how they still "operate". Gave a lot of money to buy a bed from them and, despite the waiting time, the result was disappointing. The instructions were confusing and misleading. This is not the end of the story though. Two vital parts of the bed were missing. Firstly, I decided to kindly call them and ask to deliver the parts. However, they had the cheek to send me an email and ask me to go and find the parts myself! They also offered me to pay for the parts. Guys, how polite of you? But I didn't choose you for your politeness, but for your professionalism. Unfortunately, you weren't professional. Next time, I will build a bed from scratch myself and save time of research and money. And for all of you reading my comment, do yourself a favor...

They are a really awful and bad company…
They are a really awful and bad company and they are completely poor and terrible for service👎🏻 They told me that you will receive your items in 3 weeks, but it was a lie. After 1 month they delivery, I canceled one of my items and now after a week they still haven't paid me.

Good purchase, but little to long wait for delivery

Answer is based on purchase from webshop only, not the product. Purchase went smooth. My Home had exactly the sofa table we needed, which we hadn't had success finding anywhere else from other shops. And also at a fair price. Looking forward to receive it. One thing to mention though, is that I think the option to have it delivered to a store for collect, has to long wait time, almost two weeks. So, giving 4 based on good purchase experience but too long wait for delivery.
