Property Owners Beware!

We provide quality Serviced Accommodation and it is with great Disappointment we leave this Review.
This business (who we were latterly unable to find on Companies House) position themselves as intermediary Agents working with Insurance companies finding suitable temporary accommodation after fire or flood damage.
However, this was not our experience and they clearly work with other organisations they would rather keep quiet about. They were misleading, deceptive and disorganised from the outset. They and their Client intentionally caused many unnecessary problems and also damage to our property that they refused to reimburse.
We are very grateful that Airbnb fully Supported us throughout this unfortunate and unexpected bad experience but we have made it very clear to Airbnb, this untrustworthy and dubious ‘outfit’ is permanently Banned & Blocked! 🚫

Give this company a large swerve if a landlord

If you are a landlord give this company a large swerve. Had the most awful experience when this company contacted me regarding temporarily rehousing guests who had to move out due to fire damage, allegedly on behalf of an insurance company. I received complaints from my neighbours about the conduct of the guests even at the point they were going in to my property. Then subsequently discovered damage to my property and items in my property and when I arranged for the guests to leave ahead of their scheduled check out date, they left taking items of my property from my address. The attitude of the staff when I raised concerns was overly defensive about the guests. Of course they were, they just want to money from the insurance company. It seemed to me they do not vet any guests and effectively if you are a landlord you are at the mercy of this company. They also have the skin of a rhino, because days after getting rid of these guests, they were back in touch with me trying to house other guests. I let them know my displeasure and told them not to contact me again.

This is a poorly organised company

This is a poorly organised company. The staff are badly trained at dealing with complaints and feedback. They will send emojis back to a complaint you have taken the time to write? I will never stay with this company again. I think some serious training is long overdue. I have never dealt with such an oddly run company. I love the concept and idea of this company but overall the house I’ve been staying in is not as pictured. The furniture is of the cheapest quality. Nothing is comfy to sit on. The beds are so awful. The pillows look extremely overly used and not hygienic. The whole house has been put together cheaply. With missing floorboards covered by mats and a leaky shower. The pictures look very nice I was however disappointed when I first got here. I wasn’t going to complain however the staff just couldn’t handle the feedback efficiently or even a simply apology and I wouldn’t have wrote this.

Perfect location and extreme hospitality

Perfect location and extreme hospitality. Titti is the perfect host, kind and supportive, professional and friendly. The apartment in downtown hills is cozy and full of comforts.
We went there with kids and we really felt like home.

Me and my friends rented a property in Brighton from myhomeisyours and it was just perfect, spacious, clean and near the beach. The team was always fast at responding at any question.

The location is perfect

The location is perfect. Close to the Tube but not touristy so you get to explore "real" London.
The house itself is just beautiful. Comfortable, warm, well-appointed.
We were a school trip - 2 teachers and 9 students. We made memories around the dining table. The hosts thought of everything, down to the mini marshmallows and hot chocolate. They were available for our questions. Loved this stay so much.

Orla and Ethan consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to helping others. I have partnered with them multiple times to arrange temporary housing for people in need, sometimes with only a few hours to find a solution.

Ethan’s focus and determination stood out, and Orla’s reliable support made every challenge more manageable. It was a privilege to work alongside such a capable and driven team.
