Fraudulently charged
Found I had been charged a subscription fee for this service, yet I'd never heard of it before. I requested a refund on the day the money was taken out and it took 2 months for someone to respond and offer a refund (once I'd done this Trust pilot review). Not impressed at all; I certainly won't be using this company now.

I woke up with a notification from my bank, stating that $ was paid to my “My Hobby Hunt membership” which I never agreed or knew about, tbh I don’t even know how, when or why this happened.
I tried to reach out to someone through the website’s chat and they didn’t provide any help, they also told me this was not refundable, I explained that I didn’t know what happened or why this happened, that I never agreed to this, and I needed help getting my money back. I also requested some explanation about this website, they didn’t help at all. They only told me refunds were not possible. That I accepted the membership (which I didn’t know about)
I’m glad Raj, escalation manager reached me out through email stating “ Hello Angeles Del Río,

Your case was escalated to me for prioritization, and after reviewing it, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you faced. I’ve decided to make an exception from my side and handle your membership fees refund and cancellation.
I can confirm your account has been permanently terminated and as a special exception to our usual policy, we are offering a refund of your membership fees to your original payment card (3468).
I want to clarify that, this is an exception to our no refund policy and we hope this resolution meets your expectations.
