I paid 3 euros at first then 4.18 euros but did not receive any receipts and no confirmation details about my orders. And custom support is replying to mail so late. If they want to contact me about my receipts I paid they can contact me.
Note: refund of 2.99 euros was refunded, but still I am trying to get refund of 4.18 and 7.50 dollars.

I was first charged with 2.99 pound and when i checked got to know that i will also be charged with another 37 pound after 2 day, but gladly once i contacted they said that they’ll refund my money back. I am so happy that they do value customers so much and I got my problem resolved, nice to know customers being treated good, thanks to Violet and Escalation Team

my boyfriend bought two pairs of shoes that were linked with this site, they never arrived and now they’ve just taken money from his account with no warning for literally nothing. UPDATE: we have been offered a refund for the whole misunderstanding

You scammed me and debited money in my account without my concern and don't want to refund me back sies!!

like a previous reviewer they deducted cash from my account without proper authorisation - watch these people they appear to be untrustworthy! I upgraded from 1* to 3* since the company refunded the dispute amount. Nevertheless I wasn't happy about the contract practices - read the very fine print carefully.
