Delivery was delayed due to an issue with the company’s supplier. I were kept informed and offered a refund if that was preferable. I was happy to wait as the products were a good price. They were delivered on the date then promised.

A really lovely family business to purchase from. I received an email straight away after placing my order with an apology and to say they had to order it in but it still arrived super quick and I was pleased it was a fresh product and at the best price. Easy to order. Unfortunately my item once the order was processed was out of stock. However I was emailed by the company saying they would order it straightaway and apologied for the delay.At the same time they promised to send some extra freebies with my order. I didn't have to wait long for my order and as promised had some loverly little goodies included.

I've ordered a couple of times from myhairgoodies as their products are really good value (often cheaper than elsewhere plus my student discount) and their service is fantastic. Both orders also came with several free samples.
