Waited 10 days to find this out!
Please explain if you’re not covering VAT or charges. I paid £151 for knife, plus £7 for euros to pounds exchange via bank (fine). But hammered with a £61.61 customs charge. £35.65 VAT, £12 handling charge and £13.96 import duty. That’s nearly half the price of the item I bought! Not a happy man!

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you reviewed not our service, but the level of taxes in your country and the laws of your country. From the start of Brexit in 2020, you must pay VAT and customs duties in your home country. You paid price with VAT 0% as it is required since Brexit. Even though now it's 2024,l we're reminding about it all UK customers at least three times: on the Shipping Terms page, in the Terms and Conditions and in the shopping cart. You have been notified that you must pay taxes to your country. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the laws of your country, but we have nothing to do with it.

Ordered quite a few items so there was room to overlook/misplace/miss a few things on my oder list but no such thing happened and all items arrived as expected. Good job on seller's part. I'd like to believe they listened in to my request I had too.

Two weeks, $250, and a box with no knife.
Would rate zero stars. I paid about $250 (USD) and waited over two weeks for a box with no knife. It had a packing slip, some packing material, and a sticker but there was no knife. I thought the box felt light when I picked it up but I never expected to be missing the actual product I paid for. I was never even given the USPS tracking number to contact the post office about this mishap. I want my knife or a full refund.

It's means today we will find photos with your parcel as a proof that your knife was sent in the box. According tracking number EE905203945FI finnish post registered your parcel with weight 0,4 kg. Box was not empty. Anyway your shipment have insurance. Please send as an oficial claim with photos of the boxes, information about packaging damage etc for our customer service and we'll start procedure. You used free delivery method. ( The store paid for express delivery and for insurance as well) . We sent your knife Apr 26 th and goods had ready to delivery status on May 6th. As result goods delivered May 13 in USA . It's less than 15 working days.
