Bad substitution!
Two times I have used this company. The first time, the florist made a substitution. The flowers were close to what I ordered. The second time, again the florist made a substitution, but this time rather than a spike, leaf plant, they sent cacti. It would have been nice if they would have contacted me that the plant I chose was unavailable, and given me the opportunity to choose something else, a plant more suited for someone who just had a surgery. Not a few small cati!

Unfulfilled Flower Delivery and lack of refund promise
I made an order with MyGlobalFlowers to be delivered in Cyrus to my partner who's birthday was happening while she was over there recieving medical treatment.
I made explicit delivery instructions, including back up contact numbers for the people who own the apartment she's staying at, it was all crystal clear.
I received no notifications through the day until I contacted them on their app as the day drew on... and they were useless, making excuses about the florist they use in cyprus being a little old lady and unreliable believe it or not!
They unfulfilled their deliver to my partner, which I'm gutted about as it was a boost to her day that would have really helped her.
I will never use this service again as they clearly can't be relied upon and as I have already been in contact with them asking for a full refund, they are already 'squirming' about that and delaying the process.
Don't use them, they're not to be trusted.

Bad services provider
As a long-time customer, I’m increasingly frustrated with MyFlowers Global, as my orders are consistently delayed. Despite repeated assurances, the flowers I ordered for special occasions always arrive late, often in poor condition. I expected a premium service, but instead, I’m left feeling disappointed and unheard.
