Bordering on a scam
I purchased the LED mask at the end of July 25.
I received no order confirmation and thought I had been scammed as when I finally got a tracking no from the company it was for Tasmania and I am from Queensland however by some miracle it arrived.
When it did arrive the electrodes were not working on the mask.
I contacted customer service and Claire asked me to send a video which I did.
Claire assured me that they take great pride in providing quality products however this was the last time I heard from her.
I contacted Claire several times after that but received no reply.
After reading further reviews it has become obvious that I am not alone when it comes to a faulty product and terrible customer service.
I will be contacting Fair Trading about the matter but will not hold my breath.
Do not order any products from this company as they are terrible

Even though it states 30 day money back in the very fine small print many pages into the website you find you can't return if the mask is too heavy or if it has been used. I don't know how you would know it's not suitable if you didn't use it. False advertising and deliberate deception. Ignoring my emails and have not published my 1 star reviews I was prompted to write have been ignored as well. Poor assistance by company and definitely no care given or interest in your issues. Buyer beware, belongs in the rubbish tin. No stars if I could.
Honestly I wouldn’t waste your time
Honestly I wouldn’t waste your time, I purchased a mask back in April, it’s now August and I still haven’t received. My order was sent back to Glamoura, for some reason… I chased this with them and they asked me to confirm my address, I did, they then didn’t reply. I then emailed chasing again, I was asked to confirm my address again, I did, I was then asked to confirm a new address… not sure why, I then gave my work address, they can’t deliver to a business … all I want is the mask but I give up, I’ve now asked for a refund. I don’t usually bother with reviews but didn’t want anyone else wasting there time like me.
Terrible company
Terrible company, I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent me a faulty mask. At first they said they would send me a new one. They never did. After me hassling them they said they were going to process a refund. They again never did. I hassled them again and they said I would recieve a partial refund. And once again I never did recieve anything. They have now ignored my emails. The customer service is terrible and the company is a complete scam. If I was you I would not purchase anything!!

My tracking link wasn’t working and the customer service officer seemed to take special delight in insulting me. She sent me a broken tracking link, then a broken tracking number - all while ignoring the screenshots I sent her of that error on the Australia post website.
When I finally gave up dealing with her and said that I was going go to my bank then she was able to access the tracking on their side and send me proof it was sent.
It has definitely been awhile since somebody has called me impatient for being concerned about a tracking link error. And 10/10 for receiving instructions about how to look for a delivered parcel… when my whole issue was about seeing the shipment confirmation on the website.
Led face mask
After first use my skin felt softer. Although instructions are in French if you go to website you can download English version. I had a faulty control box but after contacting glamoura they are going to replace under the guarantee. Can't wait to recommence my led journey
Love the Mask
After using the mask for the first time today, I cannot believe how soft and smooth my skin felt after just ONE use, I have sensitive skin so am always concerned about using a new product but had no problem with this mask I cannot wait to see the results in the coming weeks, I've started a photo diary to map my journey so watch this space. Added benefit it made me take time to relax for 30 minutes I almost fell asleep :-) Also price is very reasonable especially if you are buying this type of product for the first time

So delighted to see the results of a few months using the Glamoura mask about 3-4 times a week- I have been using it on the blue setting for reducing breakouts and I have found my skin to be smoother in texture, it’s less oily and my scars are getting far lighter. It feels like magic after so many dead ends with skincare brands. While the instructions are in French, you can quickly work out how to connect the mask and set it to the 10-15 mins countdown and the right light colour. You can google which light is which :)

I’ve tried a lot of copper peptides serums, including The Ordinary’s, but the Réjuvene Copper Peptides Serum from MyGlamoura has completely blown me away! With 2% copper peptides (compared to The Ordinary’s 1%), the results are on another level.

The ems mask burned my face! I sent them photos of burn marks on my face! They told me it's my fault and would do nothing about it. Avoid!!!
They also delete all negative reviews from their website. Hence only having two stars here, but 5 on their website! I reviewed my terrible experience several times, they kept taking it down! Just a really awful company and items!

I ordered the facemask, it arrived with no instructions in English, I messaged as per there 30 day money back guarantee return policy asking to start a return process, the only way to ask for a return is to send a message to their email address, I did this on several occasions and not once did they respond! Forcing you to keep something you don’t want! Disgusting lack of good customer service!
