Ordered , never arrived when meant to . When arrived was delivered to a neighbour even tho my address . Item looked awful , cheep and not like advertised . Company after contacting the a number of times finally admitted it was there error . The item was not fit for purpose and I useable . Company refusing communication now , no refund no customer service . Terrible fake scam service . DO NOT USE THEM . £23 lot for me to loose , awful experience with them

Well everything went wrong
Well everything went wrong. Avoid this company if you want a gift delivered on time. Ordered an item on the 9th of December. it is now almost new year and still waiting. They say because you have 2 names personally added to your order can take over 15 days for it to be delivered. Well i am day 21 and still waiting. Customer service is useless. Generated answers which are worthless. Way to ruin a thoughtful gift meant to be for xmas.

Terrible AVOID
Terrible products. Nothing like displayed on the website. Slow to deliver (almost 4 weeks) so one item which was a Christmas bauble baby’s second Xmas arrived days after. Very cheap products. 2d type plastic rubbish. Complete misrepresentation of what’s actually being sold. Avoid at all costs
