Worst customer service and scam enabler
I have to say, I'm really disappointed with your customer service.
I was scammed, and I asked for a refund of the gift card I purchased because it was used to pay for a ticket I never received. Despite explaining the situation exactly right after it happened, I wasn't offered a refund or any meaningful help.
I find that pretty unacceptable, especially for a customer who reported the fraud the moment it happened. So I'm kinda still waiting for that refund to be confirmed

I bought a $25 gift card fora US purchase (I am based in the UK). They made me do a digital ID check, where I can't upload an existing photo but must instead take one through a website. A website where the camera part cant get the text in focus. So the first ID was unreadable. Tried again and they sent an email saying it would take 4-5 minutes. That was half an hour ago and still nothing. Completely unneccessary level of security for a $25 gift card. God knows how many third parties now have my ID data to sell. This website is a great idea in principle, ruined by corporate "security" overreach.

Constantly out of stock
It all started off great over the past 2 years, but lately, the out of stock debarcle is very annoying, when I order, there's not indication of anything being out of stock on the website, so I order and of course 9x out of 10, I'm waiting 24-48 hours still for a card to arrive or refunded.
The communication is generally very prompt from management, but if it's on your website as being available, then you should have it in stock and ready to deliver in a matter of minutes, not days.

I purchased a gift card, but it seems to me that it doesn’t work properly.
I purchased a gift card and received the code. When I tried to use it on an exchange website to make a purchase, the card didn’t seem to work properly.
I contacted customer support, but they told me they can’t verify whether the card has been used, check anything related to the card I purchased, regenerate the code, issue a refund, or provide any other solution.
Unfortunately, as far as I’m concerned, that money is simply lost.

I bought Apple gift cards from them four times, for a total amount of $300. With my last purchase, they sent me a code that had already been used. I contacted their support team several times, but no one has replied for three weeks, and I don’t think they ever will. My money has not been refunded, they do not respond , that’s it.
