Acceptable service
The service is quite accessible. However:
1. Since it's about APple Gift Cards, it should be communicated clear, that not APple is the one who offers this service and not the existing apple.com account will be used.
2. It's confusing, that the service seems to be limited to Apple US. When registering, warnings might popup to inform that my location (Germany/Europe) is not appropriate. However for my situation that's what I was looking for, to send someone an APple US Gift Card.
3. Screenreader accessibility for blind and visually disabled people is quite OK.

Over and above service
It was easy to use and the code worked right away. The real kicker though was the email I got a bit after saying that sometimes the codes are hard to redeem and they offered a free service to redeem the code themselves. Really great service!

The error message displayed in the screenshot you provided is a specific notification indicating that the gift card was attempted to be redeemed on a non-official, third-party platform.
We want to be completely transparent: our gift cards are 100% valid and are sourced directly from the official issuers. However, when a code is entered into a third-party website, the system often flags the card as already used or invalid because that third-party site is redeeming the code. In these instances, the gift card is unfortunately intercepted by that platform, which is a common tactic used in online scams.
Because the code was redeemed or attempted on an external, unofficial site, the funds were compromised outside of our control.
