This site impersonates Garmin. I paid $60 for a cheap band worth $5. Avoid mygarminbands.store — it’s not affiliated with Garmin.

I finally received my order but it was really painful for two majors reasons:
I ordered them in June with fast delivery for my son to get it before leaving on vacation beginning July and I received it in September;
I had to pay additional tax (Importer charges) because they didn't pay it. $34.74 !
So no, I am really disappointed.

My mother bought a watch band advertised and sold at a premium price. They gave her poor advice and the one she ordered didnt even fit.
Once it arrived we ended up finding the exact same one on ali express for $10.
On top of that paid extra for express post and it still took 3 days longer than advertised.

Just received my order after almost 3 weeks and though the bands seem to be good and better than the amazon ones I've ordered, I'm frustrated that taxes and duties were not disclosed or charged up front

Was taken by offer of colour choice and three straps. The clasp is useless - the garmin will spend a lot more time on the floor once you put this on. Awful, will be asking for full refund.

Do not buy through them. You will be charged duties on top of the price of the watch band. When I told them I did not know I had to pay duties they said they would cover the cost. Then they changed their mind and would not pay me back because my initial payment method wasn't available anymore since I had to cancel my card because of a fraud that happen afterwards. What kind of company does that. Worse experience ever. Plus you think it's Garmin website....but it's not....don't support this cie

Poor quality.
Not leather as advertised.
Should have read Trust Pilot before purchasing.
I got totally sucked in.
They delivered quickly, they are based in France.

MyGarminbands or My GarminStraps (recent name change possibly)

Recommend not to purchase from. 'Genuine' leather is not leather. Completely false and misleading advertising. The materials is not even close to leather. Colour also not close. Return postage is at the purchasers expense. Image on the website has been altered. I'm chasing a refund but the purchaser (me) is exposed in this exchange. Not worth the hassle. Disappointing that stores such as these ruin the experience.

Garbage. I ordered a replacement strap thinking that this would be the best option. It finally arrived, in the kind of packaging that you would expect to get from Temu. As soon as I put one half of the new band on, the little "quick release" toggle immediately fell off. So the only way to now change out the bands will be to slice this one apart to get it off my watch. Aside from that, the new band is quite uncomfortable, and their website is difficult to navigate for returns. I originally tried to exchange it for a new one, but it just takes you to the Irish version of their website to complete a checkout and charge you again. Very odd, would not recommend purchasing from this company at all.

Ordered three straps in December

(To be honest with the branding and price I did think it was the Garmin site)
Only once they arrived, flimsy, Chinese writing, clear packaging, I then went to double check the site thinking these don’t look right.
They also sent a different type than ordered and different colours to what I ordered
Returns portal didn’t work
Didn’t reply to emails
Disputed through bank which somehow they won?!
Eventually said we can’t do anything whilst in dispute
Then agreed to return for a partial refund… £30 instead of £40
But I’d have to pay postage to France too
(They literally sent me the wrong items!!! Why should I get a deducted refund and pay postage?!)
It’s now nearly July (ordered in December)
I’ve returned products
No refund
No reply to emails
Really poor business
Do not recommend

Shipping times are WAY longer than suggested! I ordered from this company 3 weeks ago and am still waiting to receive what I paid for!! They have the usual excuse of ‘it’s out of our control’ once it’s collected by our courier! I DO NOT recommend and strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your Garmin accessories.

Would give 1 star if possible. Delivery took an eternity. Wore the watch strap for 2 months and it has split the whole way down middle of catchment holes.
contacted company, they responded as over a month the best they can do is 20% of new strap.

SCAM COMPANY – STAY FAR AWAY FROM MYGARMINBAN!!
MYGARMINBAN is a TOTAL SCAM!! They pretend to be the official Garmin company – using the Garmin logo, branding, and product styling to DECEIVE customers – but in reality, they’re pushing cheap Chinese knock-off garbage. I paid over $200 for what was advertised as a titanium strap, and what I received is an absolute joke – it’s a low-grade, steel TEMU bracelet that isn’t worth even $10 on AliExpress.
WARRANTY OR RETURNS? TOTAL LIES. Despite their own website clearly stating that “returns are accepted for any reason,” my request was immediately rejected with no explanation and no further conversation. They flat-out refused to process the return or acknowledge the issue.
I’ve reported them to my credit card provider for fraud and also filed a complaint with consumer protection agencies. This is a deliberate and well-organized scam operation designed to fool customers into thinking they’re buying genuine Garmin products.
They even go as far as using official Garmin visuals and product names, only to hide in tiny print at the bottom of the page that they’re not affiliated with Garmin – a pathetic attempt at legal cover while still knowingly misleading customers.
I have 100% proof that what I received is NOT titanium, including video demonstrations and scientific test results. They DO NOT CARE about you once they have your money. No customer service. No accountability. Just pure fraud.

If you’ve already been scammed, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card provider immediately and report them to your local consumer protection authorities.

Received my Quick-Release Strap | 22mm (Sport) for my Venu 2 watch on 8th Feb 2025 and already the strap has broken (05.04.2025). Clearly made out of cheap material and not fit for purpose!! Absolute rip off!! Wish I'd have read the reviews before purchasing!!

It’s a scam! We ordered bands back in December and they won’t write us back. Their website disappeared for a bit and have a claim in with credit card company. Should be charged criminally

have just received my Garmin “band” & I must say disappointed just doesn’t cover how I feel. I also realise your website & Garmin logo is extremely misleading giving the impression that you are a Garmin website.
The product is ill fitting, poor quality & quite simply worthless trash.
I wish I’d read some independent reviews before wasting my money but too late.
I’ll not waste anymore money with trying to return this junk it’s better off going straight in the bin.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered a strap for my Garmin SQ2. It took several weeks to arrive and is already falling into pieces two months on.
Website is looking like it is affiliated to Garmin but it's not. It's just overpriced junk. Avoid!!!

Giving 1 star is too much. Ordered 3 straps (buy one, get one free) on 16th December, paid £59.00. One was faulty, wanted to return all three. Returns portal refused to let me return, despite requesting return within the two-week window from delivery; so emailed customer service. Was told there was a problem with returns portal. Eventually got a link to a new portal, with extended returns timeframe. Followed the extensive and particular returns instructions to the letter, paid £10.50 to return to a French address. Received back as non-deliverable today. No refund received. Clearly a rip-off company. Will continue to pursue through consumer rights route.

This is not garmin!!! Poor quality .scam. charges fees to return plus you have to pay for your own shipping.

Poor service and experience.
Selling ‘brand compatible’ items that aren't sized right. They take zero responsibility for the fact that their items are unusable despite coming at a more expensive price point and are clearly just another cheap ‘made in china’ item.
For context, I believe to be a female with a normal sized wrist, I ordered a strap for my instinct 2s solar. Band at the tightest setting was 2 cm too long.
International return isn’t covered and on top of that they charge you a ‘restocking fee’
I wish i did my research on this company before purchasing.
