It is a good quality product, however it took 2 weeks to get it. Also we agreed on to have another picture on the card then I’ve sent the order with. They garanteed me to change it, at the end it arrived with the original picture.

This business is easily the worst I have had to deal with. I placed an order (which was a present for my son) in early December 2020 which failed to arrive in time. After contacting them they seemed genuinely sorry and offered a 50% refund and the card. I accepted this, as I could keep the card for my son's birthday instead. I waited....and I waited....no refund was received and no card was received.

When I contacted them again I was offered a 100% refund and a card....still nothing. When I chased again, I was told that a 100% refund would not be made and instead I would receive 50% and the card. Guess what I received.......NOTHING.

When I chased and chased and chased I finally received the 50% refund but I still did not receive the card.

I continued to chase and eventually they cancelled the order and promised to refund the remaining 50%. After more chasing and, quite frankly, having to make a nuisance of myself, they have just refunded the remaining 50%....FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED AND AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM, MANY OF WHICH WERE IGNORED.

Please....if you are looking for a futcard, make sure you purchase from a different company.....my experience with this shambolic company was truly awful.

I decided to order a personalised football plate from this company for my friend's 50th birthday. Their website boasted of having a UK warehouse. I chose them on this basis, as the confusion surrounding Brexit would likely have delayed any incoming packages from European markets.

I placed my order on 25th January. I needed it delivered by the 8th February. I contacted Futcard to make sure I would receive it in time. I was assured I would.

I got an email on 3rd February saying the item had been dispatched, but from Denmark! Why had the item not been produced/despatched by the UK warehouse it had advertised on their website?

I was told the item would be sent by express delivery and was offered a 25% discount. They offered to send me a PDF of the item as well.

My friend's 50th birthday has been and gone and still nothing was received by Futcard. I emailed Futcard again on 16 February, to ask for an ETA. This was a full 17 working days after I had placed my order. I was told that the item was back in Denmark!

I finally gave up on 25th February - a month after my order was placed. I replied to say I wanted my money back. The refund was received on 5th March. I have since provided Trustpilot with copies of all email correspondence, to prove this experience is genuine.

To underline the point, I ordered a plate for my friend from one of Futcard's competitors, which was received in one week!
