Great App, Great Customer Service
I've had the app since last year and have earned some decent earnings on it pretty easy. I recently got a new phone and email and logged in wrong which got my account suspended. BTW, I had just earned $39 before it got suspended so I couldn't cash out.
I reached out to customer service and a member named Ana resolved the issue in less than a day!
I wasn't expecting it to get resolved so quick especially since it's the weekend. They are definitely my favorite money earning app.

Legit free money easy cash outs

They are one of the better earning websites in my opinion and have always treated me with respect when I talked to customer service. All issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Update. Myfreeapp still hasnt paid me. Its only when you spend your own money. Bbb wpnt do anything because its based in italy. Well now i know gow companies in italy run. They steal and lie. Cant spin it any other way. I have shown proof over and over i beem rude i been nice i been this and that. And yet they are to cowardly to own up to it. They even called me out on here and still proved me right smh... do they pay??? Sure when they want to. Cant talk bad about them they throw a fit like a toddler. We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. You first contacted us at the end of November 2024, and we made sure to respond to each of your emails. From the beginning, we explained the tracking issues and why certain tasks weren't credited, but unfortunately, our explanations seemed to go unheard. Despite our efforts to help, your responses became increasingly disrespectful, and we continued trying to provide clarity.
When we realized the situation wasn’t improving, we even offered a bonus as a gesture of goodwill, but you did not respond to that proposal and instead escalated the situation with threats of legal action. After receiving numerous emails demanding money with rude language, it became clear that continuing this conversation wasn’t productive for either side.
We strive to maintain fair and transparent communication, and we truly regret that this journey ended on such a negative note.

My experience with Myfreeapp customer service was great. They replied to all my questions, comments, and emails, almost instantly. I was, honestly, not expecting the quick, direct, and helpful responses I got. They really did seem to be, having the want, to make my overall "problem" get resolved, and they did, just that.
