Completed a $32 offer with Upside during a 2x promotion, never got credited. Opened a support ticket, didn't get a response for a week. Then sent about a dozen screenshots providing proof of the offer being completed and they basically told me since I signed up with Apple ID when I downloaded the Upside app, that I wouldn't be credited for the offer...all because the email from Upside showing that the offer was completed wasn't sent DIRECTLY to my email, but rather it was forwarded to me through the proxy Apple email address I was assigned at registration.

I had a good time for a bit making a few bucks in my free time, but after basically being nicely told 'screw you,' I'm done with it. Can’t really recommend messing around with this app because apparently you'll only get paid if they feel like it. Most larger sized missions I completed didn't credit my account without opening a support ticket being reviewed days later. Made a few bucks for a while but I guess $32 is too much for these guys to pay out. Sucks because I enjoyed using it, but I'm not gonna waste any more of my time if I have to worry about getting stiffed afterwards.

Quite a few games and apps to choose from. The goals to complete are not far fetched and fairly easy to reach. Cash out is simple and if you cash out to PayPal it’s basically instant. Love this app!

I have been using the website for a while now and can genuinely say that it's run by good people who are fair. I have been paid for every offer I've completed and if there was a problem the CEO himself helped to come to a great resolution. I would definitely recommend the site, they pay way better than other sites with this business model.

This app came along just when I desparately needed some funds. I would however like to see more financial app offers along with a more incentive referral program.

Games are pretty fun, offers are helpful. Straightforward but I do wish there were more easier bonuses or maybe stack orders.

I have been very disappointed with my most recent experience with this app. I downloaded the Garden Joy: Design and Makeover “game.” It’s actually a series of design scenarios, in which you populate furniture and flora and other participants rate your efforts through a straightforward voting process. It is quite enjoyable and not particularly challenging. However, there are long breaks between available challenges, sometimes of several hours. The challenges are required to progress through the levels. The breaks make it absolutely impossible to complete the MyFreeApp reward intervals beyond level 20, i.e. the time allowed to achieve reward levels is inadequate. I made support aware of this and was told that I should complain to the developer if the challenges were too difficult to complete. I didn’t believe, nor did I say they were difficult. It seemed they were going out of their way to miss the point. Likewise, it seemed that they were deliberately being obtuse in their responses to my attempts to discover who determines the reward level completion requirements; and to make them see that these are incompatible with the Garden Joy platform. After many boilerplate non answers to my concerns and claims that they only tracked progress and delivered rewards, I was told that they, along with the developer determine the level requirements. The last email I received included the assertion that “speed ups” could be purchased. I haven’t seen these and they haven’t responded to my queries about them. I made in game purchases and would have been open to doing so to buy out of the waits between challenges. That said, in game purchases tend to neutralize any rewards one can obtain. I certainly spent more than the minuscule amount I received. Regardless, the problem here is that they are promising the possibility of receiving rewards for which they have built in time prohibitions. Dare I say, their claims are fraudulent?!

UPDATE: A response to the above from the app says that they remain available for clarification. Why then, have they failed to respond to my last two emails asking them to share how “speed ups” can be purchased.

This is the best app to make a little extra money when you need it the app is very simple and can cash out many different ways...

I like that the cash out doesn't take long but the games are not very interesting plus a lot of the games require you to complete lots of task for very small coins

One out of 6 games I have installed and played has counted. I think mailed support several times and got zero response over the course of a week. The site looks great but none of the games or apps count progress so it’s basically pointless.

I came across this platform on accident and it's been a life saver as you play your fav games you a crew money you can truly cash out. I was banned because they said I used bots to complete a task on the game "Word lots", that game doesn't need bots to be easy lol, I have done plenty of offers with them beforehand and never said anything about me using bots. Gets your facts right myfreeapp.io, don't be accusing people when nothing happened (Edit) it has been fixed and unblocked, and hopefully stay that way. I plan to keep using this to get some side money. Thank you
