Good communication, efficient delivery, value for money. The chairs I bought were well packaged with all the relevant instructions & screws for assembling the legs. The delivery men were delightful. The chairs are very comfortable and the description was accurate.

We ordered a table from this company. Delivery was super fast and informative. Unfortunately our table was damaged on transit (no fault of the companies) they have gone above and beyond to rectify this. Unfortunately the table is now out of stock but they offered to lend us one to cover the Christmas period whilst we await new stock. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make a horrendous day a little better. Cannot fault them, highly recommended and we will definitely be returning customers in the future.

Well what can I say, I have had 2 purchases from My Forever Furnishings, one Dining table and one Kitchen table including Chairs. The quality of these products are to a very high standard - the customer service is second to none, helpful and very efficient. Would definitely recommend buying from here!

Excellent impulse buy! Paid for standard delivery & to my pleasant surprise I had a phone call next day informing me it would be arriving the following morning. Great communication via texts & phone calls, lovely delivery guys very efficient. Unwrapped my beautiful new mirrored GG console table and it was even better than I imagined! Great quality & very good value for money. Very happy customer, will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I choose a smaller dining table with a marble finished then couple days later I changed my mind as I wanted the plain glass finish. Unfortunately the product was sold out. However it never stopped there the item was sourced (I was so delighted).

Legit company. They had my dining table at one of the prices I could find online. My circumstances posed logistical issues for when I could receive the delivery and they were more than happy to help and mediate with the courier service. Dining table has been assembled and is as advertised. Overall I'm satisfied with their service and product. Do recommend.

Forever Furnishings had a problem with there delivery company twice, but the manager of forever Furnishings collected table and drove for four hours, to make sure I had my table he also put together for no extra charge absolutely amazing customer service ❤️
