A* customer service
Ordered 3 different designs in white A4 frames. Got a lovely message from the owner, explaining they were out of white A4 frames but they were due to arrive on Wednesday. What a fantastic example of customer service! I thanked her for letting me know, and sure enough, on Wednesday I received an email to let me know the prints had been sent 1st class.
I was delighted to receive and hang these prints. The colours are vivid and bright and are a fabulous addition to my home

Brilliant service
I ordered two customised prints from My Foolish Art, but mistakenly ordered A4 instead of A3. When I put another order in for the correct size, Lou contacted me to make sure I wanted a copy of the same print, just in a different size, and they arrived the following day. She also let me have the buy one get one half price promotion on the website. Excellent service, would highly recommend

Easy to use website with lots of options.
A proof of my poster was sent to me for checking and the changes I made were executed without any issues at all
The posters arrived well packaged to prevent damage and I received them very promptly.
