They do not deserve even a single star. Sent damaged flowers and forcing me to believe that the bouquet was fresh.
Sent countless emails with pictures and videos on arrival as well as after few days.
No one to speak to and customer service is shambolic to say the least.

Absolute con artists. Beward of the hidden terms of their subscription service which states you can cancel any time but you acgually cannot until you have paid for 3 more bouquets of flowers!

Excellent the flowers is so beautiful

Placed an order for some flowers and other items as a surprise birthday present for my wife. Paid for next day delivery between 9am and 12pm.

No delivery arrived on the required day and after speaking with the automated chat bot I was told my delivery would be the following day which defeats the point of surprise present. I complained through chat bot and was denied a refund. I no longer require the items as they are no longer arriving on the day I paid for them to arrive on.

Awaiting a email response from customer services but I would advise anyone wanting ‘next day’ flowers not to order from here as they won’t turn up.

Update:
The customer services dept has since been in touch. They have kindly offered a partial refund which was completed immediately and have apologised for the inconveniences caused. The gentleman (Paul) was very apologetic, helpful and understanding of my frustrations. My opinion has now changed and I would likely use this company again as a result of this positive customer service experience.

Absolutely terrible service. I paid for same-day flower delivery on 12th July 2026, but the flowers were never delivered to me.

After chasing for updates all day via WhatsApp, I was eventually sent a photo claiming the flowers had been delivered but the photo wasn’t even of my property. The driver left them on a random driveway instead of delivering them by hand as requested.

When I complained, I was told the driver didn’t have my contact details, which is the company’s responsibility, not mine. I asked for a replacement that evening but was told it was too late, despite the failed delivery being entirely their fault.

I immediately requested a refund. Nearly a week later, I still hadn’t received it and was told to email and repeat the whole story again.

Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete failure to provide the service I paid for. I won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend them.

I order for medium Marshmallow Flowers and they offered that if i joined their flower subscription package they were going to give me the medium marshmallow flowers i paid for at a subsidized rate which they did and they added extra medium subscription flower to my order bring my total order to £68. Tell me why they intentionally delivered small marshmallow flowers, no medium subscription flowers and no explanation. Y'all ruined the birthday surprise i needed it for. Won't be using this service anymore and if y'all charge me for any subscription i'll be suing your ass!

This is my second review additionally to the first one. I spoke with Paul who had offered to resend a better bouquet which he did. Thank you Paul for the offer but I strongly believe that the company should be more careful in the first place!

Ordered for my wife birthday a bucket of roses,paid the 15£ for the delivery spot I wanted just to get a phone call an be told they can t deliver,i said ok,even before 21:00 is ok.

Super quick delivery. Flowers lasted a good amount of time too.

Delivered flowers a day late. Promised a vase as a goodwill gesture, then didn’t deliver a vase. Couldn’t understand the person I spoke with on the phone, and not sure they understand the whatsapp messages either. Disappointing as the flowers were a birthday gift for my wife. Avoid!

Very poor and disappointing service. I paid for same-day delivery, but my order arrived 2 days late! When it finally arrived, the bouquet, teddy bear, vase, and promised complimentary gifts were missing. Completely ruined the purpose of the gift. Don’t let them ruin your special occasion too. I would definitely not recommend this service.

Fast delivery, beautiful high quality flowers with clear instructions

I m order yesterday 11am 50 red roses and that cost me 68£ and today is time 6.47 pm and my order still not here this company really sucks and bad service they ignored customer and destroyed my mum birthday never again

Same day delivery allowed me to send my sister flowers and more for her graduation. It arrived beautifully and I got a free vase also!
