I placed an order with them for 100 roses for same day delivery with a time slot between 12:00-15:00. They arrived 14:50 and the flowers looked very nice. I am happy with my order, will use them in the future.

Do not use this company under any circumstances whatsoever. I ordered a time-sensitive bouquet and paid a lot of extra money for same-day delivery. Some hours later,
I received a phone call telling me the delivery would be made on a different day. The person seemed to have no idea that I had paid extra for same-day delivery. I asked for a refund but don’t know if I will get it. They operate as if they are exempt from consumer-protection laws.

Dont bother. Theyre a scam.
My boyfriend is abroad and sent me some flowers to arrive on my birthday, which they did, however it was clear that these flowers had been out of water for quite some time. Some of the petals had already gone "crispy" and the roses failed to open and just wilted, I've had them 2 days and they're in the bin already. We've tried to contact the company for a refund but have been completely ignored once the word refund was mentioned.

I was assured delivery the next day and so I ordered. Waited “next day” which 21/7/26 whole day but then at the end of the day tells me they can’t deliver it now but tomorrow. Tomorrow comes which is today, keep same delay tactics. Until now I am waiting for my order as i write this. This is a scam. Please don’t dare buy here. Instead of joy, left me with stress and disappointment. Poor waste of money and time.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE. they advertise what they can't deliver and when asking for a refund they won't and offer a teddy or chocolates instead. Disbuting with my bank.

Excellent customer service and delivery

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Flowers are awful, lasted 5 days before they wiltered away and died. A LIDL bunch purcjased 2 weeks prior outlived these awful flowers. Emailed multiple times and got a genereic response back not even addressing the request of a refund and cancellation of subscription. Have had to put in a chargeback with my bank. awful company awful flowers go to lidl instead and save yourself £15

They advertise next day delivery which is what I needed. Once order went through I was contacted to say they could not offer next day and told me they can deliver the day after instead and they threw in a box of chocolates which I thought was good at the time. Ha was I wrong. 5 days since order and still waiting for delivery. Dreading what state the flowers will be in when they get to my friend. Do not order from here if you really want next day delivery.

Flowers arrived late. We tried to cancel the order they wouldn’t accept it even though the flowers were not fulfilled.

The flowers arrived dead.

I live in america and had these sent to my sister for her bday in uk. £60 flowers that are not worth ten. Flowers were mainly greenery and dead roses.

I requested a refund. They try to use the perishable policy to say they won’t offer a refund even though flowers were dead on arrival

Total scam avoid, flowers arrived broken half dead and smashed up, no vase and total wrong flowers that arrived. They don’t care and have offered 10% off my next order lol 😂 DO NOT USE,

Terrible online experience, regardless of whether you use a browser or their mobile app (which manage to show completely inconsistent information). Despite being a “VIP” customer they failed to provide the promised benefits and after 7 hours I’m still waiting for them to respond to my urgent request for help.

Avoid at all costs.

I paid for premium flowers, but what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Their excuse was that the flowers may differ from the pictures, but the arrangement was clearly not of the quality advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to collect the flowers or offer a refund, despite my complaint. Paying a premium price and receiving an inferior product with no meaningful resolution is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible. Flowers are significantly different to what was displayed and the roses are already dried out and have loads of black spotting on them as soon as I opened the box

Flowers arrived 24 hrs later than I was told and they were an anniversary gift for my wife. When she opened them, the vase purchased with it was damaged and had a hole in the bottom. I complained and they offered me 20% off next purchase??? They couldn't get the first order right so why would I buy anything else. No apology, steer clear

Absolute scam. First delivery was completely different to what was ordered. The second delivery never arrived, they claim it was delivered, but offered no proof. They also claimed this delivery was made on a Sunday to a business that is closed. They also don’t make it at all clear that you are signing up for a minimum of 3 deliveries before they let you cancel their appalling service.
