In fairness Katy, the "added extra" was only a yellow / gold ribbon to wrap around the framed record Golden wedding anniversary gift for your parents.....The fact that their wedding first dance song was "Tie a Yellow Ribbon around the Ole Oak Tree" just makes it all the more cheesy, especially if it's Cheddar which is also yellow!!

What can I say? I’m over the moon with my gift, which arrived extremely well protected from damage, by first class special delivery. What a lovely gift for a special occasion, who doesn’t remember the first record they bought?
Really well put together, it looks like I won a gold record for sales! I’m so pleased with it and will be buying one for my other half for Christmas. In fact I’ll be buying my daughters the number one from the day they were born too!

Hi Jayne. I certainly remember my first record......Rubettes "Sugar Baby Love".....I recall playing it over & over again on the Dansette record player, including the very inferior B side. In truth my first record should have been "Tiger Feet" by Mud three months earlier: my Mum bought it for my best mate Stephen Humphreys' 12th birthday, but refused to get me a copy! Thank God I have moved on 49 years later....NOT!!

Won't use again.
The item came in a cheap frame..... not properly fitted ( I had to refit it) and the packaging was interesting. It did the job and the item arrived in one piece.
The product itself was ok.

Barbara, thank you for what is only our second bad review on here. Whilst you are in a minority of two, two bad reviews is two too many & we are nevertheless disappointed that you have some issues! If your experience was so bad, I'm a little surprised you didn't contact us.
When you say it was "not properly fitted ( I had to refit it)", what I imagine you mean is that some of the clips at the back of the frame had sprung open - this is because the frame is designed to do this if the parcel is manhandled in transit. If there was no play in the frame, it would break if dropped.
To suggest that the "packaging was awful" is ludicrous & patently untrue as we invest £9-00 in each gatefold package from a very reputable supplier.
However I'm re-assured that the important part of the process met with your satisfaction as you say..."The product itself was ok."
Meanwhile I will contact you to discuss & address your grievances.

Simon was absolutely amazing to deal with, he made sure that I got exactly what I had in mind and nothing was too much trouble. My husband was delighted with the framed vinyl of our first dance too. Thank you 😊

We received a beautiful framed record of our first dance song as a wedding gift. It's now taken pride of place on a wall at home. Such a beautiful and thoughtful gift and something a bit different too, which we loved!
We know the record we had would have been tricky to source, so very impressed that these guys managed to find it.
